It is quite and serene, yer once you cross the little bamboo bridge, a couple of minutes walk, you arrive on Walking Street, the center of bustling Pai with all its shops, restaurants, cafės and markets. The hotel offers good sized, clean rooms and bathrooms, a balcony, swimming pool and delicious breakfast. The breakfast is included and offers a great variety. It will set you up for the day. The owners are incredibly nice and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. Can't fault this place. Recommend!!

We are the Shan style resort near the centre of Pai. We promote the transquility of your staying, you will be living peacefully with nature and it takes only 20 minutes walking to city centre. We also have a shuttle car service to and from Pai airport or bus station for free.

Reviewed By Leo HQuiet location not too far from town center. Clean rooms, nice breakfast, friendly staff. I am very satisfied with my stay. Lots of parking space, but we needed only covered space for our motorcycles, which is also there

Reviewed By stephcigWe loved our time at kalm pai and would highly recommend others to stay here. The room was amazing. We had our own private hotspring overlooking the rice fields. We felt like we had our on private getaway even though we were right next to town. It was peaceful and picturesque- what more could you ask for. The room was decorated nicely and the staff were nice and super helpful. Overall an amazing experience.

Lovely room but too noisy
Reviewed By Siany768The room is great for someone on a budget. We paid £60 for 3 nights, a nice warm shower and a big warm bed. HOWEVER if you would like to sleep at a normal time, I would advise you do NOT book this hotel. We were in a room right next to the bar and it does not get quiet till about 1am. I was shattered for the full 3 days I was there! If you enjoy your nightlife then go for it. Just don’t expect to sleep!!

Reviewed By JCandPBGreat location and value for money, walking distance to town and amazing views of Pai from the room. The only issue we had is that on Agoda it says that one of the amenities is a pool. There is no pool at the site but Tony can give you a ticket to get into a nice public pool for free which was fine!

They have a gorgeous natural beauty shop (I bought quite a bit), free yoga and a great breakfast. Great restauatrant Earth Tone around the corner and a coffee shop as well :)

Reviewed By englishwill2015A bit of a walk from Walking Street but not too bad. Taxis are available. Pleasant grounds; very friendly staff; tv (Thai channels only), fridge, air-conditioning; outdoor pool; restaurant was good and cheap; our bed was 'firm' but I didn't mind (but my wife moaned a bit). Plenty of parking available. There is a bar immediately across the road that stays open until about 3am. Decoration internally was unusual! The bathroom/toilet was . . . adequate but worn and there was black mould on the base of the walls and door frame. It was winter when we stayed and the nights were very cold! Consequently, the shower didn't heat up the water in the mornings due to a low-voltage heater -- it will be fine out of the winter season. (after the sun was up it warmed up at about 2pm!) We 'may' stay there again as we had no real problems.

Great stay with great owners
Reviewed By SuperTchooI had the chance to stay there for 3 weeks. The location is great as It's just nearby the Muay Thai camp, Charn Chai. It's also very easy to go down to the center, just 2min by bike. I was welcomed by very nice owners, who gave me some lytchee from the tree of the garden. When you go back to your room, you just feel like home. The outside is beautiful, showing the spacious balcony. The room is spacious as well and very clean. Everything needed is in. I have experimented about 5 accomodations in Pai. From the treehouse to the bugalow, Pai Sweet home is the place I would go back to. Thank you Dom and Mip for the stay.
