This place is very convenient loocated in arras. On the square you can park the car, and you are at walking distance of the magnificent old town. Friendly and accommodating service. Good, clean and spacious room! The wifi is a bit weak!

At the heart of the Opal Coast 400m from the sea, the establishment La Marine d'Opale has 15 apartments all renovated in November 2019. Free WIFI connection, a parking space and access to the room. Sport are included in your rate. We also have a private wellness center from 45min to 1h30min from 25€. All our apartments have an equipped and modern kitchen and a south-facing terrace.
We arrived after a hot 8 hour journey [temps of 28C] up from central France and we were lucky to catch the manager as he was leaving [in the brochure it says there is a 10 Euro fine for arriving after 5.30pm] Our room was on the second floor [outside stairs and no lift] and we have to walk past a couple of appartments that are being used for storage of old furniture. Our appartment looks clean, is airy, with living area, shower room/toilet and kitchen area on one floor with a mezzanine floor for the bedroom. The staircase to the bedroom is steep and rickety [try translating that into French] and not ideal if you need the toilet in the night. Furniture was an odd mix of balance sheet styles - nothing really matched and the settee was a modern black faux-leather design, held together by dodgy velcro. This settee features in one of the on-line photo's but was probably taken 6 years ago when it was new.The shower drain smelt but I lacked the courage to lift up the trap and the wash basin emptied very slowly. The was a TV but no English channels. The bed was firm but the bedroom area was too hot as there is no air con or roof fan light but luckily we had brought an electric fan with us. At the moment I regard the accommodation as average but with a little attention to detail, new furniture and cooling system - it could be very good.

Excellent located, in a quiet area. Rooms are small and simple, but perfectly clean and well equiped. Such a pity that they are not doing restaurant, so you can only have some breakfast after 8 AM. Considering the price (less than 50 eur per room), you find more that you can expect.

Outside looks disappointing but welcomed by charming owner who showed us to pleasant second floor two bed apartment, with kitchen. Breakfast in fridge and pastries delivered in the morning. Reasonable price and very central.

Lovely little b&b, very warm welcome, comfortable room (a little suite with a sitting area, separate bedroom, shower room), delicious breakfast. The owner was very sensitive in dealing with our learning and physically disabled child. Very highly recommended indeed.

Le Canville proposes you 8 high standard apartments from 50 to 100m². Each one of them proposes beyond what you can expect from a hotel, a personalized decor in a harmonious and picturesque whole of a Northern French farm. Here, comfort comes with relaxation. We invite you to take advantage of the covered and heated 40 m² swimming pool.Boulogne-sur-Mer and its districts offer many cultural animations: its castle museum and crypt, its fortified walls, the city belfry, the National Sea Centre etc. You can also relax practicing many sports, like golf, tennis, sand-yacht or horse-riding.Between town and countryside, you will surely find a refreshing and revitalising atmosphere, ideal for your trips on the Opal Coast.
Stayed for two nights. In the middle of the pandemic you always worry about the cleanliness of hotels but Le Canville was immaculate. Easy check in. Good parking. Lovely owner. Rooms spotless and WiFi okay. Thoroughly recommend. Nice breakfast too.

Stopped here to ask directions to Tourist Info to find a Chambre d'Hote for the night! Looked at the tariff, decided to stay. Nice town, but don't leave it too late to go out. The bar (not hotel) shut at 9pm! Staff at hotel very friendly. Leg came off my bed. No injury. No inconvenience. Just happened. When I told them, they were so apologetic, and gave me a gift for my inconvenience. Issues with room? Heating on when we arrived, a perfectly warm September day. Also, shower badly designed. Despite these, still good value for money.
