The worse experience
Reviewed By SalverainaiemanjaWhen I arrived at the hotel it was empty, a handwritten piece of paper glued to the gate said to call a number to enter the hotel. I called 15 times with no answer. I contacted them through the booking app that I used and the hotel answer was that their staff had other priorities and that check in times are from 2pm to 3pm. There is no sign or warning of this rule ANYWHERE . Not in the booking app or in their info. Horrible experience. DO NOT STAY AT HOTEL ALDAMA!

Reviewed By Andrea Valeria VLa playa estaba un poco lejos pero cuando llegamos nos encanto el agua estaba súper clara y la arena era muy suave había vendedores de camarones, donas, collares, pulseras, etc. lo único malo fue que si te quieres dar una enjuagada cobran y la gente se queda como media hora en la regadera.

Reviewed By Kia DPor el precio que sr paga esta bien, sin embargo no olviden q buscan la satisfacción del cliente y si ofrecen agua caliente deben tener agua caliente, la primer noche les avisamos q no habia agua caliente, dijeron q lo solucionarían y nada, ni siquiera revisaron. La habitaciones toooodo se escucha y el estacionamiento no da para.mas. Algunas veces dejan la recepción y tienes q esperar a q llegue el encargado.

The hotel overlooks the ocean and during our visit in November, no one was on the beach so it felt like a private resort with perfect water temperatures in the ocean. There are multiple restaurants within a couple miles of these villas to choose from. the rate for 2 nights for a 2 bedroom villa with kitchen was $145 and for the location that is a great price. check it out if you are traveling for more than a few days and are looking for a great view. for a video of the room here is my youtube video

Reviewed By gatanegr159Para empezar la foto no es de alguna habitacion en ese hotel las camas son duras el aire acondicionado no sirve y cuando hablas para reservar te dan un precio y cuando llegas te dicen que un dia antes subio y que de todos modos tienes que pagar la reserbacion mal trato en general no lleguen ahi.

Reviewed By L2594GAmariavSe me perdieron mis Tenis, y cuando le avise al encargado se excusa con que no vio nada y no sabía que pasó, como iva a darse cuenta si estaba durmiendo en su trabajo. Finalmente no pudo resolver y me retire del lugar sin mis pertenencias. Cero lo recomiendo sus políticas son a su conveniencia.
