We really enjoyed this virtual live experience all together. And even-though we decided to "only" watch, due to the time difference (after dinner for us), we had a great time learning more about how to properly cook Empanadas. Thanks again to Camila for making it very interesting, "tasteful"and fun and giving us the chance to discover the world of Empanadas and also sharing insights about Argentina with us.

We took this tour with Rodrigo guiding us in late February just before the coronavirus shut down travel. Having the personal attention of a private tour was great and Rodrigo quickly gauged our interests and modified the tour to meet our interests as we went. We were fortunate being in the region during Carnivale celebrations and to be able to experience the thrill and chaos of the occasion. There were many highlights of an action packed few days but the Hornocal, Salinas Grandes and San Salvador de Jujuy stand out. Rodrigo’s knowledge of the history and culture and personal contacts were excellent and really added to our enjoyment. We can highly recommend this trip and Poncho Tours service from the booking process, airport pickup and arrangements generally were exemplary.

Like everyone else who can't wait to get back to real travel, we've all looked into "virtual tours? i don't know....online cooking.....maybe it could work, i don't know" Well this is the perfect introduction into that world, and there is no better person to enter that world than with Frank. Of all our travels, Frank has been by far my wife's favorite tour guide - as he's not just a guide or in this case instructor, but a friend you a haven't seen in years. The class is over before you know it because the whole time you're just chatting with him. Now the class itself - 1. Super simple to make. Super Quick to make. You don't have to set aside tons of time to prep before or cook after. 2. Frank's set up is amazing. He is like a little cooking show with two cameras, one on him, one on the counter so you can always follow along. So there is no awkward "hang on, let me adjust my camera to show you..." and during the class checking up on how ours should be looking. Plus...it's actually a good recipe. As we've learned from Frank's asado tour and Craft Beer tour, we expect nothing but excellence from him. 3.This is the part that gets overlooked, but you have to know he has gallon jugs of this stuff all over his house, but at no point did he have that 'here we go again, making the same thing over and over' There was no cutting corners or sloppiness or blah anywhere. So with all of this said, if you're looking to enter the world of virtual cooking classes, this is *the* tour to start with. and i know if frank had a monthly cooking class get together, i know my wife would be the first one to sign up.

Bored of traditional tours that only repeat what appears on Wikipedia? We too. We invite you to know the most famous quarter in the city through a b-side tour focused on its social history. We start in Caminito and then walk through the non-tourist streets of the neighborhood. We are going to talk about the immigrant origins of La Boca, the peculiarities of the neighborhood artistic style, the importance of football and the problems of the past and the present. We will also visit one of its famous bakeries (where you can try some local pastries) and we will finish the tour next to the Bombonera (one of the most famous stadiums in the world!)

Inclusions: A professional Tour Guide

I went to the recoleta tour with Nicolas and it was the HOTTEST and most humid day, yet he was very informative, friendly, and positive despite the heat. We all went for beers after. The only thing I would’ve liked is more of a cemetery tour with more stories if possible. Great tour company!
