Very nice library from famous Slovene architekt Jože Plečnik. Fantastic building, very nice interior and very good atmosphere inside.

The Celje Central Library has perhaps one of the most beautiful locations in town - on the banks of the Savinja River. After decades of operation at a number of scattered locations, the new building was completed in 2010 to house all library departments. The visitors are allowed free access to most of the library stock and offered free internet access.
