The courses include both a welcome breakfast, and an outdoor lunch in the garden (weather permitting!) with delicious food and wine included.

My Introduction to Bread Making course was a Christmas present from a friend (delayed by Covid) and it was a brilliant day. Every possible precaution was taken to keep us safe so we could focus on the excellent teaching and enjoy the process of making lots of lovely-looking bread. Tasty refreshments and a delicious lunch, added to our enjoyment of the day and we left with very appetising results from our efforts. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and intend returning for another workshop - sourdough this time!
