In October 2018, I had the pleasure of taking a cooking class with Valeria and Barbara, two wonderful ladies, passionate about their craft and equipped with a great sense of humour. The class itself is done in a very professional setting (large kitchen, big table easy to work on etc) but in a very relaxing ambiance. Their passion is contagious and you will not only acquire a skill but also learn to love making food from Emilia-Romagna. I highly recommend spending a few hours at the Salotto di Penelope and if time permits, take the market tour prior to the class. The tour provides you with very useful information on local products that you can use when you go back home. I am already planning my next visit....

If you want to attend a school to help you learn or improve, your Italian Academya LIngue is the one to choose from. We have attended many Italian language schools in the US and Italy. This by far is the best. The teachers and the owner Andrea are great. They are always available to help the students progress. The class material and the teachers are excellent and experienced. Great school, beautiful location, a fantastic city to learn, what more can one ask for.

Offriamo 26 classi alla settimana in un ambiente molto accogliente e confortevole dove vi sentirete come a casa vostra. Abbiamo corsi di Bikram yoga e vinyasa flow yoga al caldo e Kundalini yoga e Hatha yoga a temperatura ambiente. Lo studio è uno spazio accogliente dove ogni studente è incoraggiato e motivato. Abbiamo due grandi sale di yoga, spogliatoi maschili e femminili dotati di docce, servizi e asciuga capelli. Armadietti con lucchetti a disposizione degli clienti. Asciugamani e tappetini sono a disposizione (vendita o affitto a seconda delle tue esigenze). Parcheggio gratis di fronte allo studio e posti disponibili nelle vicinanze. Le due sale grandi di Yoga sono con pavimento in legno. La sala arancione ha una sistema di riscaldamento specifico per le classi di Bikram yoga e un sistema high tech di rinnovo dell’ aria

If you want to learn Italian quickly and accurately while having loads of fun then Madrelingua Bologna is THE language school to choose. You'll be in a group of international students who have the same level of Italian as you, so you'll be challenged without being out of your depth! The 4 hours of lessons each morning fly by and in the afternoons you can either go sightseeing or join a group activity. These are great because they provide more opportunities to practise the language with other students. You won't run out of things to do in Bologna; it's packed with museums, galleries, music venues, beautiful churches and of course shops, and is relatively compact so everything is within walking distance. I've been to Madrelingua twice and am already planning my next trip!

Very interesting and professional course...for people with different level of experience. Antonella and Genesio are really involved and you can feel the passion they put in what theay and love...and when you're involved you're able to involve, that's the mosto important thing. I attended the cours "burger buns and pizza bread"; Antonella helps you in following the preparation step by step and she's really well assisted by Genesio managing cameras; it seems to be in the presence insted of online Can't wait to attend new courses and try new endeavor.
