Not so many places in Osaka offers a good price hotel, Nissin Namba Inn gives us a good price. The room was pretty comfortable, the hotel itself looked a little old style. The guide book was not clear enough and looked so old. The tube was pretty large, I liked it. The staff only can speak a little bit of English. There are some vending machines inside the hotels, the convenience store also very near. Free breakfast in the first floor.

Hotel Noum is a 50 room hotel located in Tenmabashi, Osaka. It is situated overlooking Okawa river (old Kamogawa river), and the adjacent green parklands that border the river. Begin your day at Noum with a fulfilling breakfast at the sunlit cafe lounge.
I’ve been to many hotels all around Japan but the Noum is definitely a stand-out. It is located right next to a river which makes it particularly tranquil and its outside as well as its inside are very nicely designed with light colors and wood. Cleanliness was a 10/10 also. What I loved most of all however, is that the Noum showed itself to be a hotel with a heart! First of all, unlike other Japanese hotels, the Noum only hands out or sells several amenities per request and doesn’t just stick them in the rooms only to be used maybe once and then thrown away. This impressed me, as it showed their commitment to eco-friendliness. Further, I found it refreshing to see that the hotel staff wore casual, although stylish, clothing and some even had tattoos. These are very rare things in Japanese hotels and demonstrate a forward-thinking spirit. Not to mention that the staff was particularly warm and friendly, even for Japanese standards. So, if you want to stay in a modern, clean and unique hotel, a stay in the Noum is a must!

This hotel is located very near to Osaka Tsutenkaku Tower. Around the hotel is many restaurants and also near the zoo. So you don't have to worry about food and also tourist attractions. You can also walk to Nipponbashi-Shinsaibashi within 20 minutes. You will get breakfast for free (rice, bread, fried noodles, egg). Room condition is OK, clean and quite fast wi-fi. Anyway, this hotel is recommended if you stay in Osaka.

The hotel is very close to the AirPort (4 min walk), but is in a noisy neighbourhood (lots of noise at night and bad sound insulation). It is below expectations, not as modern and fresh as expected and seen on the pictures. The pictures showed a modern and fresh room but I did not feel comfortable in our €100 room.

My first stay during my first trip to Japan. It was Spring 2018. I was excited because my little room was a tatami floored room. The small room was a basic room for two guests. There was only one plug point to charge our many electrical gadgets, so oh boy im glad i brought along a plug socket with 4-5 outlets. The room was too small for even the two small Asians like us. we have no place to put our backpacks (there were only two bags but) once we spread the futons. This small room actually suitable for a single guest. The bathrooms and toilets are normally clean for Japanese standards. You have to pay separate charge for your towels. Our room situated on the 4 or 5th floor i cant remember but there was only one floor for lady's bathroom - the hostel got about 40 to 50 rooms but there are only 2-3 bathrooms for ladies to share. I woke up very early to take bath but was very disappointing to see the long queue of Japanese female workers who unable to go home and slept here for the night. Imagine the long hours i have to wait to get my turn. sometimes i tried to go to another level to try the unisex bathrooms but they were definitely full with guys. The pantry on the ground floor offered hot water with 3-in-1 drinks. there are vending machines for you to buy mineral water or soda or sweet drinks. The walls between the room are super thin and you can hear everything loud and clear. The door is made of steel so when someone close it with a bang it can be very annoying. Well we were kind of grateful (feeling console?) that the room got a mini fridge. And that the hostel is near to the train station. I'm coming back to Osaka soon but nope, I'm not going to coming back to this hostel just to get myself headaches for the bathrooms. The friend who booked this hostel for us thought we wanted the cheapest room in Osaka and she never asked us about the quality of the service. Well this is the negative side of coming to Japan in Spring i guess. Everything comes in expensive price.

The entire experience is petrified. I have never ever had so horrible experience in my entire life due to the foreign staff who is not Asian nor Japanese. The foreign staff is a guy with the cap on. As a tourist I forget to take off my shoes when I came to the hostel that made sense. Also it was the only and first time I made the mistake. He then shouted at me and pissed off by saying please Obey OUR Rule whilst other Japanese staff just said Oh she forgets only instead of shouting and being so rude. The Japanese understand I did not do it on purpose or have any intention of breaking their rule. The foreign staff looks so bossy as this is his hostel and he is the boss. He speaks fluent Japanese. I seriously don't understand why the hostel hire this rude person. Come on I know you want to make it international. He might brought his very rude culture from the middle east. The white people or Asian will not behave like this. I am not asking for a five star hotel service but at the very least treat your guest with respect. Obey is a strong word and I know he is not an English speaker but he is unbelievably rude. In the hospitality industry even though it is a hostel it needs service basic service and at the very least being polite. As if I owed him a lot come on I am a guest. Another staff like the Japanese girl and the owner Japanese guy are nice especially the girl called naka and she was very sweet to ask where would I go and giving suggestion. Apart from that the TV is amazing coz you turn up loud it's the same as silence Like other review said it is very noisy especially on Friday night. Staring from 4:30 in the morning someone was brushing teeth and locked and opened their door. It happened on every hour. I did not get a good night of sleep. I cannot wait to get out of this hell as I worried to make other mistake or forget something like take off the shoes and get shouted by the big boss from middle East. I will not come due to this guy. Taking to the local mere y who sold the skewer about the Japan is getting international. The old say is Japanese refused the immigration. There are not much white people only up to 2. But tons of the Middle East people who worked in restaurant hostel supermarkets or clothes shop. They are rude like the male Middle East staff in the hostel. The local said he welcome tourists not immigrant Japanese culture emphasis on politeness and repect. This rude staff ruined my trip and my good impression about Japan. Ask me to obey okay I will not be back to your hostel. And even in China have much better service then you. I will not come to Japan and spendinf money for such disgraceful treatment . Thank you Middle East staff you just ruined my trip in Japan. This is utterly unpleasant.

コスパ最高。フロントの対応もとても感じがよかったです。大きな通りに面しているため深夜でも、大型のトラックが通るとうるさく感じました。立地はいいし、安いので、悪くはないです。

We stayed 2 nights at the Pension Lee this august with my wife. This was a wonderful experience on every aspects : - The location is really awesome, very near to the subway, shopping areas & restaurants. - The room are small but comfy and clean. The heat outside was terrible so we really enjoyed the AC in the room. - Thanks to Mr & Ms Lee, we were able to see a local high school baseball game. They can give you very useful advices on various activities in Osaka. - Mr & Ms Lee are very friendly and welcoming, they can speak good english. - The home made breakfast is just perfect !
