There is a place in the world where the Internet has manifested itself in physical form: Tashirojima. On this island, people believe that feeding cats will bring you good fortune and luck, and now the cat population outnumbers the human one 6 to 1. There is even a cat shrine you can visit.

It was a pleasant morning walk even though the the temp was about 1C! We thoroughly enjoyed the scenic nature. It helps that we are in our comfortable boots as some paths are abit hilly and rocky. Otherwise, even the elderly can stroll comfortably. There are a few nice romantic huts for rest and just enjoy the beautiful scenery of the sea and greenery.
An island full of natural beauty that remains the treasure island legend.
