Western Camp is a unique village in the Wild West style, located near the largest theme park in Poland EnergyLandia in the picturesque Zator. For our guests we have prepared loads of attractions, as well as comfortable accommodation in cottages, teepees or cowboy cars. Our facility is dedicated mainly to families with children who w
We booked the Western Camp as a last minute decision to go away for a few days after seeing it in a Vlog on YouTube. The price we paid was typical summer holiday prices that were more expensive that should have been......thats what you get for this time of year. The camp is about 45 mins South by UBER from Krakow airport. You can't miss the camp it's well themed from the outside. We got there mid morning so no queue to check in and our Wagon was ready without having to wait. They give you a padlock key to get into the wagon which is attached to a padlock going through the zips and onto a latch for security when you are out. The Wagons are small with either double bunk beds or a single double bed. All towels and wash cloths are provided and all the accommodation have electricity and Air conditioning. As we booked last minute we could only get a bunked wagon. The mattresses in the wagons and teepees are very shallow and firm which made sleeping very uncomfortable for myself being a big lad. I managed 2 nights in the wagon and had to ask of we could be moved into a wagon with a double bed as I was really cramped in the bunks. They found us a teepee for the next night which was bigger and had a double bed although the same hard mattress. The teepees are on ground level so be prepared for possible bug invasion! ? The resort is set around a lake and as such there were mosquitos and boy did they like me! To this day I still have the bites healing on my ankles! So take some insect repellent or anti itch cream for the bites. The resort its self Is fantastically themed and we really enjoyed the surrounding look of wagons, teepees and sheriff huts. There's a big outdoor screen for night movies (in polish) There is one toilet block for each section of the resort and for the most part were kept clean and tidy. The showers are single use and we're prone to flooding. The bar and restaurant was really superb. The food and drinks cheaper than anything in the uk and the food for a hotel/camp resort was pretty damn good. A really nice selection of fresh pizzas and traditional polish food and drink at good quality and large portions. We really enjoyed the polish sour soup in bread bowl. Outside there are some fire pits that can be rented with food to cook on. We didn't try this. When it came to breakfast we had issues. There simply are not enough tables if the resort Is full and everyone goes at the same time. Due to covid rules the buffet was being served by the restaurant team and took on average 30 mins to get to the front of the line to be served! This was the same for any drinks as that station was also being served by restaurant team. The selection of food was vast with lots of hot and cold options of British and polish foods. Our other gripe for this trip was the noise level at night. If your not in a sheriff hut you are in teepees and wagons with no noise barrier to others! This made the resort very loud and you will be getting no sleep until gone midnight as you can hear the cinema, other campers screaming, laughing and shouting until the early hours. There is no phone in the accommodations so to complain about noise you have to get dressed and go to reception or the security gate. Energylandia is a 15 min walk from the resort or a free Dotto Train from reception. FYI. There are not many food options outside of the Camp or Energylandia as you are in the middle of the countryside but you do have a small shopping area at the back of the resort with a supermarket, chemist and a Rossmans (Polish Superdrug) UBER! if you have an early flight home don't expect to order UBER in the early morning. In zator it simply doesn't exist that early. Make sure you use reception a day or two ahead of time to book a taxi back to the airport. Next time we will stay in a sheriff hut off peak and hopefully I'll be able to give a 5/5 review.

Welcome to River Park! The place where relaxation and entertainment go hand in hand. River Park offers you comfortable accommodation facilities surrounded by greenery in the immediate vicinity of the largest amusement parks in Poland - Energylandia and Zatorland. The place is located in the center of the Malopolska Carp Valley – the town of Zator, 15 km from Oświęcim and only 45 km from Krakow and Katowice. We can guarantee that your adventurous stay will be unforgettable and you will be happy to visit us again. The unique qualities of the place and a wide range of attractions have already convinced a number of Polish and foreign visitors we had the pleasure to host.
A good pick for families going to the amusement park. We had reserved a tipi but were warned that a youth group was staying in that part of the campground and offered a free upgrade to a bungalow. We were warned about mosquitoes, but they only came out for an hour or so at twilight and didn't seem to be a problem at other times. The two main windows in the bungalow had screens, in any case - that's rare in Europe. The bungalow was otherwise well appointed, too - good kitchenware etc. Prices were higher than equivalent lodging elsewhere in Poland, but the tipi would have been an interesting novelty and the bungalow was more or less right for what we paid.

Polecam

This worked perfectly for me, I was given a code and wifi password via email which allowed me to enter the accomodation and begin my stay. This allowed me to be very independant and worked very well. Very clean and spacious room, perfect for what I was looking for. Would use again and thoroughly recommend. May not be suitable for longer stays, I am not sure (i stayed 3 nights)

Domki wakacyjne tylko 100 metrów od najwiekszego parku rozrywki w Europie środkowo wschodniej "Energylandia"
The only bad experience in two years of living and vacations in Poland. We strongly advise to think very well before book a vacation in Holiday Park of Zator... I’m going to explain why.... At the time of booking a 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking. The deposit is not refundable (IN ANY CASE...) Second 50% to be paid on arrival (BEFORE TO SEE ACCOMODATION) and now I'm going to cover this topic because that's what I wanted to know before throwing my money in this place... 1 - SPHERICAL HOUSES are are TOO SMALL to how many people are housed inside! (You can see pictures that I took and you can’t see in the official website...) 2 - Within the campsite there is no service, even minimum, of foodservice so if you need a bottle of water you have to take the car... 3 - and now to the quiet topic of the place...you can hear all day and night passing (and honking) of the close TRAIN. Additionally the yelling of people on (noisy) attractions (that you can see...). IN CONCLUSION THERE ARE MANY MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE PLACES TO SPEND YOUR VACATIONS IN ZATOR....

We visited the hotel at the beginning of September, unfortunately my son broke his arm practically right after entering the inflatable playground. We have signed a consent to use the attractions. After the whole incident, we asked the manager if the hotel had a policy and if there was a chance to take advantage of it. Manager assured us that he would make every effort to help us (quite serious fracture requiring long rehabilitation). He promised to check if we had a chance for compensation despite the signed declaration. Mr. Wojciech cheated for 3 months that he was waiting for an answer in our case, another time that he was overworked and forgot. We have received a message several times that he has already received an answer and is sending it to us. Eventually the Mr. Wojciech stopped answering the phone and answering. We are disappointed in the way we have been treated. How can you deceive someone for so long? We are sorry that we have been lied to for so long in such a difficult situation. It would suffice to answer. What was this dragging of the topic supposed to do? Despite the great idea and wonderful architecture of the place, we will never come back and do not recommend it. Everything is fine as long as nothing happens, in a crisis situation the level of management leaves a lot to be desired.

We were 2 adults and 2 kids travelling to Energylandia. Excellent location. Good equipement in the kitchen. We manaeged to drive to the small market nearby and cook some dinner (this seemd more realistic than finding a restaurant). They have a kids playground. The owners have thought about kids, they even have coloring books and pencils in the house. Small stuff but still pleasant. Everything would have bern perfect, BUT no sound isolation! If you walk the stairs or do anything on the second floor the sound is terrible. I could hear my neighbours (because it is a twin house) even though they were just walking the stairs. Sounded like they were walking on ours. A scary thing in the middle of the night.
