Great place to stay
Reviewed By PETRIPWe ha e returned to this camping place over and over again. Its will located near Nin and Zadar. Saat to make excursions to the seaside and Zadar. Nice swimming pool and relaxed atmosphere. Great pizzas. Wiking distance from ole Nin. Can warmly recommend.

Reviewed By MiiaWeI loved to stay here. Felt that me and my son were welcomed. Place was just what we needed.. no hundereds of tourists around you, exploring the neighbourhood by ourselves. Yet, if we needed to ask something there was someone to ask from.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy life. Access to busy, touristy Dubrovnik and come back to bliss
Reviewed By lizd654What can you say about the perfect place to stay. Peaceful, lovely, bliss, friendly, helpful, of course clean, easy to just relax under the olives trees, right on the water, swim off the direct access to the beach. Go to Dubrovnik and return.

Reviewed By EevaF9Hyvä palvelu varauksesta alkaen paluun lentokenttäkuljetukseen! Ihana emäntäneiti piti huolen, että kaikki toimi. Siisti huone ja sijaintikin hyvä. Zaton on ihana paikka muutaman päivän lepolomalle. Muutama ravintola lähellä ja pieni market. Bussi kulkee apartementoksen edestä ja rauhallisia poukamia auringonottoon kunhan ei jää kylän rannoille. Iso suositus!

Reviewed By Jelena MThe place is 15 minutes away from Dubrovnik, going by car. Beach is not nearby, apartment is on highway. Service was ok. 4 of us took an apartment that was average. Only objection is on toilet paper, four of us got 1 role of toilet paper, also we had some ants in kitchen and bathroom area. Besides that everything was fine. Not a first choice for listed prices.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, Villa Patricija is set 300 meters from the beach and 8 km from the UNESCO-listed Dubrovnik's Old Town. Surrounded by the lush garden, it offers accommodation with air conditioning and satellite TV. All accommodation units comprise a bathroom with shower, while some also include a kitchenette with a dining area. Barbecue facilities are available upon request and free private parking is possible on site. Various restaurants and bars can be found on the beach. A grocery store and a bakery can be reached within 350 meters. Kayak rental can be arranged in the center of Zaton, as well as boat excursions to nearby islands. A bus station is 300 meters from the Villa Patrcija. Trsteno Arboretum is 4 km away. Dubrovnik Ferry Port is 10 km away, while Dubrovnik Airport is at a distance of 30 km and shuttle service can be organized upon request.
Perfect introduction to Croatia
Reviewed By Nigel DWe stayed here for a week and were made to feel very welcome by our host Marija. The property has 3 rooms but four of us stayed to two rooms, one a studio with a balcony and the other a smaller room with a balcony. The rooms were clean and pleasant with en-suite bathrooms. One of the rooms had a small kitchen area which was ideal as the four of us all ate in the one room. There is also a 'Summer Kitchen' downstairs outside but we chose a rather windy week to go, so mostly ate out or inside. There's a nice pool which was spotless and the property is a five minute downhill walk to Zaton Bay which is beautiful and has three restaurants to choose from. This really isn't a hotel, it's a villa where the owner uses the downstairs area and the guests are upstairs. Marija is a friendly and chatty host, she will make you feel welcome.

Reviewed By maher629we decide to reserve this apartment ; close to the beach ; location is 10 min. to old city of Dubrovnik ; the place is very clean ; room was a bit small ; bathroom is too small ; mr boris & his wife are kind & helpful ; the dauther very agresive !! the beach is 25 meters only ; I don't know yet why the too high degree of this place !! it's ok ; not cheap ;
