We had a room 122. You hear people walking from the room above, which was very disappointing. Aircon quite noisy. Shame you cannot open the window. Room was clean, so cannot complaint at all. Breakfast was average. There was not a big choice from continental breakfast and there was a long waiting time for the cooked breakfast. Free wifi was slow and do not expect, that their paid option would be any faster. Overall hotel is in a good location and close to train station and motorway.

Booked 3 months in advance but spa treatment bookings inconveniently changed 48 hours before arrival to split a full body massage Into 2 sessions with an hours break in between. When queried with Katy the Spa manager whilst she did rearrange bookings the customer service was somewhat lacking. Whilst on the topic of the spa my sister had a wonderful massage, mine however consisted of the masseuse swiping some massage oil on the relevant bits with one hand. I have massages regularly and this was hands down the worst one I have ever had. Also a lack of sun loungers around the pool for the number of spa attendees. Decent swimming pool and steam rooms. The check in was professional with a £50 deposit taken and advised I would receive it back the day after checking out (this was yesterday I have just called to ask if my refund was processed only to be told they were too busy today). I live in hope they find time in their busy schedule to return my money! Room was clean and faultless. The restaurant was clinical in its customer service whilst everyone was pleasant there is a general lack of warmth from any staff members across the board in this hotel. Both the 3 course dinner and breakfast were delicious. My sister and I booked this as a Spa Break through Virgin Experience so whilst I had read poor reviews I trusted Virgin would have ensured their packages were of the best quality. I was wrong.

Welcome to Easthampstead Park Hotel . Easthampstead Park is a beautiful Victorian mansion set in the Berkshire countryside. It is surrounded by 60 acres of woodland, parkland and formal gardens, yet is only minutes from Wokingham and Bracknell. There are easy transport links to the M4, M3 and M25. Originally 29 bedrooms, the venue has undergone a full refurbishment and now provides 93 beautifully designed bedrooms along with a number of restaurants and stylish bar leading onto the terrace which overlook the stunning grounds. Guests will be able to access the the fully equipped gym, unrivalled to any other hotel gym.
Revisited Easthampstead after a previous poor stay as it was chaotic due to unorganised staff. This time completely the opposite. Wanted to try again as the grounds are lovely. This time I stayed in the mansion house in room 104. The room was absolutely fabulous and impeccably clean and you can tell something I will never recently refurbished and well maintained. The whole hotel is so well maintained and smells so fresh. The staff were really friendly and very attentive which was a massive improvement on the last time I stayed here. Dinner was nice although this is the only part of my experience where they could do better as both our main meal came out tepid when it should be hot. The grounds were very well maintained absolutely lovely when the Sun is out and shining. The gym is one of the best gyms I’ve ever seen in a hotel. I will definitely return to this hotel

Having tried many other hotels locally, I am fortunate to stay at St Annes frequently on business. Despite the excellent road links, the hotel is tucked away in very private and idyllic country grounds. The staff are always very helpful, attentive and courteous; and the car parking facilities, as well as all the other amenities are excellent. Whatever the purpose of your visit you will not be disappointed.

Great new hotel although, with some helpful/happy staff; although one member of staff had no idea about parking for the hotel. Also, a correct postcode to find the hotel would be a huge help! Ended up at the wrong address when following satnav to the address on the website. This resulted in going through a width restriction area about a mile away from the actual hotel, not a great start to the stay.

The location was handy for the M4 and near to family. Great setting in a quiet green area, with good pub next door. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was fresh smelling and clean. The bed was too soft for me though!
