Reviewed By indozonerThe hotel was far from city center, but it had nice view of the lake. There was no ATM nearby & the hotel's rate for USD exchange wasn't good. To make it worse, I had to pay cash because the hotel failed to charge my credit cards (there were no problems with my cards). Room & bed were ok, but pillows were all flat & thin. They should have replaced the pillows. Overall, it was a decent, clean hotel with good services.

Reviewed By ShirinericaFrom the entrance, well decorated boutique hotel. The location is near center. There are stores, restaurants, sweet shops,etc... near by. The room is spacious, and clean. The bed is very comfortable. There is a nice bar, cafe and restaurant in this hotel. Not everyone speaks English, but all of them are very helpful. I would love to stay this hotel again

Reviewed By sevcincani have stayed two nights with jolly tour and didn’t like the cleaning of the room (esp bathroom; beer spillt into minibar by previous guest,not cleaned and room was smelly),restaurant(dirty plates,forks,glasses) and although food was tasty, set-menu mezes and main dishes were not enough(one small dish for 6people).Location is good, attitude of the people at reception and restaurant was so kind&helpful but hotel in general hasn’t got a professional operation.i would rate this hotel a max 3star.

Tabii ki alacağınız hizmetin ödediğiniz ücret kadar olacağını unutmayın. Ben bir sıkıntı yaşamadım. Kahvaltı biraz zayıftı. Aslında çorba bile vardı kahvaltı tabağı olarak bahsediyorum. Aç kalmıyorsunuz doyuruyor.

No safety deposit boxes in rooms (please do not trust the staff and manager) No ventilation in bathroom (No window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using the WC. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and burnt in some places. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude faced staff and manager, his name was "Loghman" he treated very badly and yelling at us. The staff always eat lunch and dinner in the lobby and never wear mask. Didnt speak english.
