Misrepresentation . . . and worse
Reviewed By Z4263LFmaxhBooked a one-night reservation here via Priceline.com. NEVER AGAIN! While this property is conveniently located to I-80, the area is not safe. It was also misrepresented as including breakfast . . . one of the deciding factors I use when booking stays. On every booking site, this property blatantly advertises "BREAKFAST INCLUDED" . . . but they stopped serving breakfast here in March 2020 "due to the COVID pandemic". I can't believe that no one has commented about this. They also require a $200 deposit and indicate it can take **up to 14 days** to refund the deposit to one's credit card (or bank account when using a debit card). This is egregious. After checking in around 2:45pm, while trying to do some work, there was someone in their car outside my window playing music loud enough to be both disturbing and offensive. A call to the front desk to complain about the noise was met with, "We can't control what people do in the parking lot." Unless you are forced to stay here . . . stay away!

A good hotel to stay with family
Reviewed By Alok211I stayed in the hotel as a member of a wedding team. The rooms were big and well designed. There even a place for stem press work. Staff was cooperative and helpful. I like the 24 hrs service of different coffees and cold water at no cost. A seven eleven store and fuel station nearby was a great help.

It's a chill location, there is a denny's and a gas station close by as well as a shopping center and six flags like a five min drive away.

This newly renovated boutique hotel is located directly off Interstate 80 and Highway 37. Located minutes away from Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, Solano County Fairgrounds, Kaiser Permanente, California Maritime Academy, Touro University, Infineon raceway, Mare Island and gateway to the world renowned Napa Valley Wine Country. Guest rooms feature a flat-screen cable TV. A small fridge and a microwave are available in all guest rooms at the Super 8 Vallejo/Napa Valley. A balcony is also featured in all guest rooms.
Excellent Staff But Unsanitary Conditions

My entire room door handle (card key style) was coming off and required being slammed each time to close, which must have made me especially popular with all of my neighbors on the floor (yes, it was THAT loud). Black mold all over the shower ceiling and in the nightstand drawers. Stay away

Seems all the other guests have the same meth sleeping habits, up all night yelling at each other. Smoking dope on the stairs. Never again will I stay at this facility.

Upon arrive at newly 10pm at night (a Saturday) we were told that they did not have staff to clean rooms (that were empty) so we were turned away and told to find elsewhere last minute. Having to find elsewhere on a Saturday night after traveling/flying for 11+ hours and then pay over $400 for one night elsewhere at the last second is so upsetting. When budgeting for nearly $900 for 5 nights turns into $400+ for 1 night because of their negligence and incompetence is infuriating. The GM offered for us to return at a 10% discount. This would still put us hundreds of dollars over what we were planning and agreed to pay. DO NOT BOOK HERE! YOU MAY SHOW UP AND NOT HAVE A CLEAN ROOM SO THEY SEND YOU AWAY AND YOU PAY EXORBITANT PRICES ELSEWHERE BECAUSE ITS LAST MINUTE.
