Ahmed was an amazing host, he even helped us to get a bus to trabzon when we needed the most. Apart from that the property and room is what it seems in pictures, everything was perfect given the affordable price for the hotel. We really loved our stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel. All the best for your future endeavors Ahmed, thanks for being an amazing host!

Reviewed By Suhairalsaadit is a small hotel but you feel at home. they serve a nice Turkish breakfast. The hotel faces the lake. You can enjoy watching the ducks from your room window and sleep at night on the music of singing frogs. There are nice restaurants around serving grilled meat and chicken as well their traditional pizza ( Peda). You call walk for shopping, clothes, coffee, sweat, and others. We prayed Eid in their nearby mosque.

Noisy hotel with insufficient staff.
Reviewed By jamilaa2018I stayed 2 nights in this hotel, the exterior design of the hotel is nice, the lobby is small, the receptionist does not speak english, the staff in general is nice but the communication with them is difficult. The room was very small, I requested one double bed room and I was given a room with 2 beds, one double and one single leading to a smaller room that you can’t move around in, I had my own pillow with me and requested a pillow cover for it, but they did not understand my request. My room was located just above the main entrance which was noisy, noise from adjacent rooms was heard too, the bed was comfortable, the TV was small, No blackout in the curtains, the AC was set on heater only which was turned on and the room was very hot when I arrived, no option for a cooler AC, and when I open the windows it is noisy. The sink cupboard door handle at the bathroom was not clean, No facial tissues available, you cannot order breakfast at the room, the only option is to eat downstairs, the breakfast food items were not special, no table service available, you have to help your self with everything. I would look for a better hotel if available during my next visit to Uzungol.
