A 10 room Inn, with bar and private dining room. Also serving meals 7 days a week in lounge bar - lunches and dinner. Rooms have been recently refurbished, most with sea views.
We were told there was free parking but not that the 7 spaces were used for daytime drinkers and not for residents. We had to walk half a mile with our bags. No joke for 60+ year old. We stood in the bar like idiots for 10 mins, trying to check in but being ignored. We were told to come to the restaurant area when we were ready to eat, but when we did we were told to go away for 45 mins. We couldn't get coffee, tea or toast for breakfast, because by the time they got round to asking we had to leave. Positives: basic, clean room, burger was OK (we daren't try the seafood) and the young lad serving the meals was very efficient.

This hotel is right in the town centre with large (free) car park. Quick and friendly check in, we had a double room on top floor with amazing views out to the sea. We knew upfront that the hotel wasn’t serving dinner, only breakfast and while that didn’t matter for us, it could be an inconvenience for some people. Our room was a decent size with large bathroom -while it could do with being modernised it was clean which is the main thing. Would have been handy to have a stool/chair in the room and we weren’t able to find a hairdryer. Shout out to reception who spent a bit of time helping to get a document printed out for me, went above and beyond which was appreciated. Overall, I would stay here again as for location and price it was worth it. Just needs a little bit attention but I hear they are in the middle of renovations.

Harbour House is a family-run bed and breakfast situated on the shores of Loch Broom, just a short stroll from the picturesque fishing village of Ullapool and an ideal spot to explore and enjoy the breathtaking scenery surrounding it.
We stayed in one of the Lochside cabins for our 1 night stay, it was expensive but worth it. The cabin was lovely with a spectacular view! There was a couple of niggles during our stay. We found that people were able to wander down to the front of the cabins and they stand directly in the window, i understand it’s to take in the lovely view but when you’re sat in bed or wandering around in a towel after having a shower, it’s a little uncomfortable! There’s not much privacy. We found the 4pm check in time to be a bit ridiculous! However, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed every moment staying in the cabin.

This B&B was a great find and a highlight of our tour of the north of Scotland. The location could not be better with an uninterrupted view of Loch Broom and the surrounding area. The owners were very welcoming and made us feel at home. We especially enjoyed the lounge with its great views. We definitely plan to return when next in this area. The ability to bring back takeaway food in the evening is a great plus point as we found the availability of good restaurants is short on the ground in Ullapool. Breakfast was very enjoyable

Room very dated, bed uncomfy, shower nothing more than a trickle of Luke warm water. Could here people talking in the room next to me, breakfast was only just edible. Wouldn't recommend, unless desperate for somewhere to sleep

Friendly independent hotel with impressive views over Loch Broom, lounge bar and quality restaurant, live music and entertainment, fresh locally sourced Scottish menu, seafood and steaks, range of vegetarian options, good beer, real ales, large free car park. 'Wester Ross Pub of the Year 2011' as voted by CAMRA. In Good Beer Guide 2011. Well behaved pets welcome. Free Wi-Fi. Husband and wife Nigel & Franner and the team look forward to welcoming you.
We stayed 1 night arriving by tow truck at 7:30 PM. The receptionist checked our prepayment, then provided the WIFI code and keys to our requested “quiet” room. We carried our bags up one flight of stairs to Room #7 in the back. The nice corner room was carpeted opening to an outfitted bathroom with 10 second hot water and a tub shower, then a 5” step down to the closet, soft springy twins, small TV(unstable reception of 20+channels) desk and chair with hot pot(coffee/tea/milk/biscuits). An insulated window opened to a view over the roof to a neighbor’s garden. The secure room WIFI was good, 3 room outlets, adequate lighting and an adjustable heat register. Some late nights sounds of the boisterous pub could be heard, especially through the bathroom. Location is good with 2 blocks to the ferry & 3 blocks to Tesco supermarket. We departed by taxi at 6:30 AM.
