Surrounded by the relaxing rolling hill landscape of central Italy - Marches, the farm is enclosed in a 15000 square metres garden with olive and fruit trees. It’s a very quiet and completely isolated place, but at half an hour’s drive to art historical sites or seaside resorts. The owners grow a little kitchen garden and it’s possible to stay for lunch/dinner. Hearty breakfasts.

Situated near the medieval village of Treia and surrounded by gently rolling hills and a garden with olive trees, Le fontanelle e l'uliveto is the perfect place for a holiday full of relaxation, inspiration and... very good food. This is the real Italy. Excellent and beautifully furnished rooms, elaborate breakfast in the garden, even more elaborate dinner featuring some of the most subtle and honest home cooking we've seen, and the hearty conversation and fascinating stories of two sincere people. Attention for bird watchers: orioles and bee-eaters literally waking you up and nursing you to sleep. What more would one need? We will return indeed.

Washer, dishwasher, hob, oven, pots pams etc. GREAT location for outlet shopping (nearby La Perla Tombolini Tods Prada Capaletti Armani etc outlets) beaches wineries hiking and the magnificent Frassasi caves. When you want to stay in and relax there is a great well maintained pool. PERFECT LOCATION FOR TOURING THE LE MARCHE REGION at a fantastic price !!!!!!!! Le Marche is the undiscovered lush alternative to Tuscany. CANT WAIT TO STAY AGAIN

Great B without the B!! Or in other words self catering!
Reviewed By BubblebuddiesWe wanted to try a Michelin restaurant in Treia which was about 45 minutes from where we were staying so we thought we'd find a little place nearby so we could have a true Italian experience with all the courses and accompanying wines without the long drive back. This place was exactly what we were looking for. Dog friendly for our two Rhodesian Ridgebacks and they don't even charge for them, nor is there a cleaning charge! There is a small kitchen and sitting room with a pullout couch and up a couple of stairs is a nice sized bedroom and ensuite. There's even a real fireplace with logs already stacked outside should you choose. The bathroom had nice amenities, vanity lights, heating for the towels. The surroundings are beautiful so we had a nice walk with the dogs before we went out and again the next morning. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We'd definitely use them again!

Reviewed By sybaritesOn planning our visit, we loved its 24-hr cancellation policy, very good price point (as we needed two rooms) and its location and on arrival we found it perfect for all our needs. All of the reception staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke English if our French dried up! The rooms were well-decorated and the beds very comfortable - big windows and air-con - we had rooms facing Rue Grimaldi with bay windows and a breeze. A compact bathroom in our room - but a big room - but very manageable. We only had breakfast there once and preferred to try cafes en route to our exploring of the town. A good little reception area with seating and bar, complimentary tea/coffee and a PC. Complimentary wi-fi. Three restaurants next door suiting family to fine dining. A little supermarket down the street and an easy 10-min walk to the beach (public and private - we used the hotel’s discount for private Ruhl Plage) and an easy walk to Jean Médecin shopping area and Place Massena and a 15-min walk to the Old Town. Like I said, perfect for us - we’d use it again and hope to explore other hotels in this boutique Happy Culture group.

Away from civilization and thus with some charming features: Peace and seclusion, pure non-cultivated nature including bumpy access road, wonderful food, homemade jam, and a large pool. Rooms were simple, clean, and very comfortable – we didn’t expect air conditioning, a flat screen, or a bouncy castle for children. We just enjoyed having no superficial small talk with the hosts but getting all the information and everything necessary. So decide for yourself what you are looking for – and enjoy life at Agristurismo Fontechiara

Fantastische plek
Reviewed By mepami14Case Leonori is een top plek voor een relaxte vakantie. Het appartement is mooi, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien met een privé terras. Iedere ochtend komt de bakker met verse broodjes. Op het terrein is er volop vertier voor de kinderen. Een heerlijk zwembad met een adembenemend uitzicht. Wendy en Paul zijn gastvrije eigenaars en zeer behulpzaam bij het reserveren van een restaurant en het uitstippelen van een uitstapje. Op de woensdag kun je deelnemen aan een heerlijke bbq en op vrijdag pizza eten met disco avondzwemmen. Het was een relaxte vakantie, waar we zeker nog terug gaan komen.

Reviewed By Luka-LucaAAbbiamo scelto questo casale come punto di appoggio per visitare i borghi delle Marche, 9 giorni ad agosto. Ci ha accolti Fabio sempre disponibile e gentile. La struttura è piccola e quindi non affollata, pace e tranquillità regnano in cima a questa collinetta, la piscina permette di godere a pieno di questa situazione. Soggiorno con cucina, stanza e bagno comodi e puliti, il portico ci ha permesso di mangiare fuori tutte le volte anche quando il tempo ci ha dato due gocce d'acqua. Poco distante un'agriturismo dove abbiamo mangiato bene. Ottimo posto, noi lo consigliamo, anzi ci torneremo.
