She can respond every question and can arrange transport to the nearby islands. The location is very convenient and lovely restaurants nearby.. Would recommend this place in Trang, it is zen and everything you need. Thank you Pear for the lovely stay.

Be careful - scam
Reviewed By leiperI booked this hotel on Expedia and it seems they are working together as the hotel is not open. On arrival you will be met by a vicious dog at the gates them a senior gentleman comes to advise they are not open. Then he tells you to cancel the booking and they will c9nfirm with Expedia. I did that and called Expedia and of course once you cancel then there is no refund I therefore lost the full amount of my booking to this scam. Naturally Expedia will investigate and advise within 14 days - needless to say nothing heard. The only good to come out of this is that I did not have to stay as the reception area behind the gates is disgusting- nothing like the photos.

OK for a couple of nights, but avoid the breakfast
Reviewed By MippsonWe stayed here 4 nights, since we were visiting friends who live in Trang. The hotel did not have many guests, I would think maybe max 20% of the rooms were booked. The room was spacious and clean, we stayed at the 11th floor, with pool view. It was not so isolated, you could hear other guests outside the room quite well. Luckily there were not many so we were not bothered by noise. The pool area is nice, we visited it a couple of times, and one day we were there all alone. Like a private pool! Breakfast buffet (included in the price 1500 baht/night) was unfortunately not good, except for the omelette which they made on order. They played one (ONE!) Christmas song on repeat the whole time (a "jolly" version of "We wish you a merry Christmas") and when we heard it for the 20th time, we almost went insane. The following days we went out to a café for breakfast. Walking distance to the train station (city) approx 5-8 minutes. There is a nice outside restaurant/bar which we visited every night, there are no other bars in the area that we found. The staff here do not speak English very well though, we had a struggle ordering rice with the food... :) But Trang is not a big tourist city, so it is understandable. The hotel has a small shop on the ground floor, here you can buy clothes, souvenirs, snacks and drinks at reasonable prices.

Best place to stay at in Trang.

Room was very comfortable, breakfast was included, nice room balcony, kind staff specially the evening shift male receptionist, morning shift female receptionist, and the waitress in the restaurant. Special thanks to the managing director. Will surely be back and I do very much recommend the place.

The room is spacious, super clean and comfortable; with a fridge (2 bottles of water provided every day), tea /coffee kettle and relatively quiet air conditioning. Good bathroom/shower. The room is serviced every day. Indeed there is no lift... but I am sure the staff (very kind and helpful) would be happy to help in case of heavy luggage! The location is great, close to the railway station, street markets, restaurants, etc. In short, a pleasant stay and a great choice of accommodation in Trang.

The outdoor swimming pool is fantastic, pool staff absolutely friendly. Highly recommend to stay, the price is worth for Asian Experience.

Reviewed By junya_and_gangsLove the attention of the staffs here, so willing to help in all aspects. We stay for 3 nights, in 2 rooms setting type, the Private room and Duplex. They use the Roman Tiles as a wall as part of their construction, in a way you will hear the sound next to you so clearly. Location is about 2 km from the city center, they have quite limited space for parking.
