I do not recommend this hotel
Reviewed By Sally MI had a booking via Hotels.com in this hotel. When I arrived, they refused to honor the booking. I had specifically booked a king size bed room ( suite) type which was more expensive than their other rooms or even the "two bed" type rooms. But on arrival, I was told that hotel has all same room type irrespective of price and hotel can give me 2 bed room than a king bed room as per its discretion despite my booking for a king bed suite. It gave me a disgusting room. Luckily , being a gold customer client, I called up Hotels.com and could cancel my booking at no cost. Other Negatives 1. There is no restaurant attached to hotel or any restaurant nearby. ( they only serve breakfast). 2. Duty manager ( on site) had no interest to solve the problem. If the CEO of hotel is reading this review, I urge you sack this manager immediately as he has no interest in helping your business in any way. Better Places for Less Money
Reviewed By TLozanosThere are just way better hotels to stay at, where you can get better service in an area more conducive to walking around without needing a taxi. We booked this hotel because of its star ratings. We enjoy staying in nice hotels! This hotel is a 3 star at best based off the services provided by the staff alone. They missed so many little details it’s SAD! I am here on a medical recovery so we ordered lots of room service. Not ONCE did they get our orders correct. Each time the staff had to return 1-2 times to bring things back and looked frustrated that they had to bring things that they had forgotten. Last straw was I ordered a salad and they didn’t bring dressing, they took 30 minutes to bring the dressing and then asked for a charge correction because they made yet another mistake! We ordered drinks several times with no ice buckets and waited an hour for that also. The room was poorly cleaned. Leaving trash cans with no trash bags inside of them. We went out for a walk so they could clean the room and again. Poor job cleaning, floor not swept, still no trash bags in the garbage and bathroom not cleaned well. The area isn’t the best, the streets are wild so it’s difficult to just take a walk across the street unless you are literally running across. It isn’t really near anything. The room next to us had children staying there that we could easily hear all night. Not blaming the children it’s just the rooms are not very sound proof at all.

Reviewed By horsnrdGood customer service, clean rooms. The halls were a little musty smelling, but overall I was impressed with the room and the cleanliness. I wish they had microwaves along with the mini fridges but the seating area in the room was a nice addition.

DO NOT stay here. The individual that works at night in the front lobby gave terrible service. she was rude and argumentative. Her name is Cinthia or Sarahí, she gave a fake name to me and other family members who sadly had to endure the stay in the hotel. Esta es la cama en la que tuvimos que dormir. Nosotros no tocamos la cama, cuando entramos en la habitación las sábanas ya estaban manchadas con una especie de suciedad negra. NO te quedes aquí. La persona que trabaja de noche en el vestíbulo principal tiene un servicio terrible. ella fue grosera y prepotente. Su nombre es Cinthia o Sarahí, me dio un nombre falso a mí y a otros familiares que lamentablemente tuvieron que soportar la estadía en el hotel.

Not a great hotel
Reviewed By 464kristywWe stayed here for a medical trip. The pictures of rooms from a couple others that were having the same surgery showed nice rooms. Ours was not. It is outdated, dirty, stains all over and included a booger on the ceiling. There was an awful smell bud luckily we could open the window. We wiped the room down with Clorox wipes we had. The beds were not the most comfy but worked after traveling all day. The staff were nice. The restaurant was decent and there’s a Starbucks across the road. We actually considered leaving and staying down the road at the Hyatt but sucked it up. I would not recommend this hotel unless you don’t have cleanliness standards.

Not A ton of amenities but it is clean and has comfortable beds.get a room not facing the street ( building views) for better seclusion and less road noise. Breakfast is just ok but is included in price. My go to place when I’m here for treatments. Many great restaurants within walking distance.
