We stayed here for one night after a long trip on a ferry from Civitavecchia. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I wish we could've stayed longer but at least we know where to go when we come back this way.

Terre di Himera is a small charming hotel in real sicilian coutryside beetwen Palermo and Cefalù witch continues to preserve the haracteristics of the Sicilian farmer’s home. A large patio, called “pinnata”,connects the inside, cool and comfortableeven in the summer heat, with the sun-drenched countryside. The house is built of exposed local stone with wooden beams in a place beyond time, where one can rediscover one’s self or lose one’s self. A place where one can indulge in the remote calm, enjoy endless breakfasts or a relaxing evening after a long walk or an excursion in search of the numerous artistic and cultural riches of this region. Our guests can enjoy local dishes and products, all organic and natural.
We last visited Terre di Himera in Oct. 2019, shortly before the pandemic. The only B&B we made sure to visit again on our return trip (5/2022) was Maria and Fabrizio's. We were welcomed as old friends. Our Superior room was lovely and comfortable. There were so many special touches like a bundle of lavender on the bed, chocolates in a glass dish, etc. Maria prepared us a five course meal one night, with all the courses explained and it was both simple and delicious. Breakfast is included and is spectacular as well- with organic foods from the area or their own gardens. They produce and sell their own olive oil- we order a case before Christmas and give to our family and friends. It is like a small taste of Sicily all year round. Besides being off the beaten track so to speak, Terre di Himera is in a good location- daytrips to Cefalu, Palermo, Caccamo, Polizzi Generosa, etc. are all easily possible.

We stayed in this nice little pension for one night during our trip around Sicily. The location is excellent if you have a car - in a relativley calm outskirt of the town, just a short drive to the centre. There is even a private parking on site, so you don't have to worry about finding parking spots on busy Sicilian streets. The rooms are about average size, with nice new furniture and a comfortable bed. Ours did not have an en-suite bathroom, but we did get our own bathroom in the hall just across from our room - it was well equipped and spacious. We also got a view on the city from the terrace (and on a herd of goats in a garden next door). We slept well and in the morning were treated to a very good breakfast - it had a nice variety and was constantly replenished even a few minutes before closing. It was a bit noisy though, since the breakfast room is very small and a lot of families with small kids were staying there. All in all, we had a pleasant stay in this hotel and can certainly be a good starting spot for trips to nearby towns and beaches if you have a car.

In a valley about thirty minutes from the little sea village Cefalù, Agriturismo La Targa Florio it is the ideal place for the contact eith nature, visitors are attracted to its colours and real flavour of Sicily.
La Targa Florio is in a quiet location with ample private parking. The agriturismo seems more like a structure with small private houses and a main building with restaurant, bar, lounge etc. The room was nice. Breakfast was good. We had dinner and it was great!

booked this hotel months in advance... after arriving in Teremini we drove around the town for over an hour looking for the hotel....rang the buzzer multiple times and no one answered...so we walked around for an hour and came back....finally someone answered the door to get into the front desk....stated we did not have a reservation...I had a copy on my phone and showed it to the receptionist...they had rooms available but not at the same price as our reservation.....we left
