Helen was so thoughtful and helpful upon my arrival and was so obliging. convenient location, comfy, clean, quiet room. Parking out front of room. Will definitely be my first choice in Taree from now on.

Where warm country hospitality meets modern comfort. This older style motel has been gradually renovated and reburbished over recent years and will surprise you with it's individual and colourful room decor, towel art and a clean fresh feel. Most rooms offer a garden patio with flow through ventilation and others, a king size bed with an espresso coffee machine, upstairs and ground level. Our beautiful pool, BBQ area and gardens are landscaped. They adjoin the dedicated breakfast bar and provide an alternative from inside dining by a large flat screen TV to outside. Perfect for those warm summer or sunny winter mornings. Surrounded by tall leafy trees, our guests enjoy the sounds of nature as they relax at this tranquil spot. The adjacent street offers great secure parking for long and heavy vehicles, trucks and RV's. There is limited parking internaly for trailers and towed boats. We are situate on the main road of Taree, a township now bypassed by heavy traffic, 1.2 km from the CBD.
Only king bed we could find, with the hottest shower.
Reviewed By jasonwillgoMade a booking a week out from visiting family in the area. Smooth and no fuss transaction, backed up by email confirmation. Upon arrival I was greeted by the owner/manager. Glynnis had a very professional yet friendly style. The room was a king suite, that was very clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable, as were the pillows. Of worthy mention was the bathroom and shower. The bathroom was small, but as expected for a motel. The rain style shower was the hottest i have experienced in a very long time. The water pressure was very good as well. My overall opinion is that this business hasn't tried to cut costs to save money. Some motels have slow warm showers and average rooms. This wasn't the case here. Crescent has delivered a great experience at a budget price. I would not even bother looking elsewhere when i return to Taree.

Reviewed By Anderson280Clearly a no smoking venue but ash trays provided by the owners outside every room unfortunately the person in the room next to us decided to use the ashtray outside our door for 3 hours while he watched races on his phone. Strangely, he apologised but refused to move away. Also the directory in the room indicates that meals and breakfast is available, sadly they don’t tell you that is not correct until after you Chaco in and pay. Very disappointing.

Reviewed By Ambassador779825Lovely room overlooking the river. This is a good Motel for the price. Has everything you need including a microwave which is very handy. Nice & easy to get to off the highway as well. Would recommend & would stay again.

Reviewed By JElliot32We over-nighted here and the motel is modest to say the least, but then the low tariff reflects that. The pool especially was in a very unappealing condition. What made our stay was the wonderful, expansive view from the room of the Manning River. At dusk and then again in the morning, it is magical. The room was a reasonable size (there were three of us), was clean and wifi reception was good. Usual trappings like m/w oven, mini-fridge, toaster, crockery etc all provided. Would stay here again.

Superb little Taree motel
Reviewed By BDEW1952We stayed for two nights. Third time we've stayed there. Older but very good condition and very clean. Fully equipped, all the little things one finds handy at a motel. Excellent bed, and shower. Very handy to business heart of Taree, and the river and places to eat. Very well looked after by proprietors. Highly recommended.

Reviewed By Peter CWe went there from our Sydney offices to do a Valuation of the Neighbourhood Property and decided to stay the night in one of the cottages called “ The Chapel”. We were particularly impressed with the immaculate presentation of the cottage and surrounding lawns and gardens. We , for our age did not use the Spa but the bed was very comfortable. The location of the toilet was an issue but not for most younger guests. We took our food and wine and all was there for those needs. The quietness was obvious. A lovely overnight.
