Check in was fast for me, only took a few minutes. They gave us free happy hour and breakfast tickets. The room was huge! We were not expecting to have so much room but it was a nice surprise. The room was very clean and close to restaurants.

Hidden gem in Sunnyvale. Everything I needed for my short stay. Booked for a work trip. Super clean, nice, small gym and pool. It was super convenient to anywhere I needed to be in Silicon Valley. Shay and Isrrael were super helpful / kind on the evening shift. I would definitely stay here again!

Best experience I’ve had at any hotel. From the staff at check in, to the bartenders and wait staff. No place will ever be able to live up to this service. Everyone went out of their way and was friendly and accommodating.

Enjoy the balance of affordable luxury at Maple Tree Inn in Silicon Valley. I arrived at the property with 2 other colleagues for a business trip. The reception was was pleasant and accommodating and processed the rooms in a timely fashion. I was somewhat surprised at the age of the decor as it DOES NOT look like this in any of the pictures in any of the online booking company adverts. Room was sufficient and appeared to be clean and tidy. We left the hotel to go out to dinner. On my return Id pulled back the bed covers only to see a reddish brown stain on the under sheet. I spoke with the reception who was very apologetic and offered me another room. I explained to her that it wasn't her fault but pointed out that as the sheets are white how could the room service have not noticed when making up the bed, especially in light of the current pandemic. I was given my key card and then proceeded to my new room. The new room is dated and I have had to turn the fridge off due to the excessive noise. The same applies for the heating and cooling unit. Unfortunately I will not use this hotel again. I will be asking for a refund on the rooms so that I can move to a different hotel for the rest of my trip.

I just hosted an event at The Domain Hotel. The meeting space is large, well lit and conveniently located right off the lobby. There is close parking both in front and underground. The guest rooms are clean and well appointed. Perhaps best of all the management and staff are friendly, attentive and supportive. They truly helped to make my event a success.

We stayed here for one night on business travel. The hotel looks very well kept, and newly renovated (?). We were on the second floor, but there was no elevator, so ask for a lower floor if you don't want to lug suitcases up the stairs. We did choose an upper floor, so can't complain. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. It had a great A/C unit and comfortable bed. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. We did not eat breakfast there, so can't comment on that.

The staff and hotel were outstanding. From my reservation, check in, my stay and check out was easy and simple. The parking lot was well lit and felt safe at this establishment. I am very selective of where I stay, and this spot meets that standard.

Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, our hotel is only two miles from Apple Park and less than 10 miles from San Jose International Airport. Our suites offer plenty of space, perfect for an extended stay in Silicon Valley.
Traveled to area on Business. I had requested a Digital Key, the day before, but upon arrivel, Digital Key was not ready. Took front desk too long to check me in (10 minutes), even though I had a reservation. Other that that little snafu, the hotel met or exceeded all my expectations. Parking garage had a very tight entrance and exit would be my only other complaint. There should be outdoor parking for oversized vehicles.

This used to be one of the best hotels near our HQ office and we never gave any other hotel a thought when travelling to our HQ. At 240$ a night its a shame it did not include breakfast and not even coffee. Room cleaning is done only every 5 days. air conditioner in my room was noisy when in heating mode, which was not fixed even after 2 complaints. To my horror there was a blackout one night and the power was not restored until 8pm next day which is when I checked out. I was promised i wont be charged for that one night but still my card was charged. There was no response to my email complaint on this issue. I requested them to charge a card different than the one they had pre authorized. Even after their confirmation they still charged the wrong card. Quite a horrid experience.

This hotel was perfect for our three day stay for my son’s wedding. Every person we encountered at the desk was so friendly. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. There were two separate bedrooms (with doors) and each had their own bathroom and shower. Everything you could need was in the kitchen, including plates, silverware, glasses, coffee pot (which I loved because you could brew a whole pot!). It was very quiet and the bed very comfortable. There is a beautiful pool, basketball court and outdoor seating. The living room had a sectional couch, chair and TV. Each bedroom also had a TV. Very pleased with everything about the Sonesta ES Suites!
