Sporthotel Olympia reopend after full reconstruction
Reviewed By Spotter SVisited in February 2020. The hotel is reopened after full reconstruction. We were one of the first guests. The building looks perfect, very nice and clean. Very nice room, beautiful bathroom. We had just breakfasts but also very good and nice - see my photos. Staff is very friendly and helpful and trying to help and support. We really enjoyed our stay here. For the evaluation I put just 4/5 because some issues occurred: the wellness and fitness announced when booking the room was still not completed and could not be used, then - the building has one balcony without barriers between the rooms so anybody can go on the whole balcony (and watch into your room). The bathroom miss also hair dryer. (one was later borrowed at the reception). Last point is the price policy of the meals. We asked for the half-board (dinners) and the price was 290 CZK which is really to much, comparing with other hotels that offer 150-180 CZK. I think that all the issues I mentioned can be solved. The hotel has very good potential to start again and be very popular.

One nice week at hotel Zadov
Reviewed By Spotter SVery good value for money. If you seek for hotel located close to Churáňov or Zadov ski area, you are in the right place. I guess that this hotel has the best views to the valley and landscape. Rooms are clean, functional, with good TV. Meals are mostly good, just missed juices and some/more vegetables for breakfast, the same for dinners. The rest is tasty, with quantity that you wish - it is a self-service. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Fast wi-fi with no issues.

Good quality of living and dining and fair price
Reviewed By Spotter SVisited in May 2019, bought as a last minute for good price. The hotel is in the very nice place, with beautiful view to Šumava. Room clean, nice, just bathroom little bit small. Dining very good, especially if you purchase breakfast and dinners. Very nice staff. The hotel has main restaurant, than evening restaurant (Pillner beer and Velkopopovický kozel, meals from the menu) and in the groundfloor also small wooden bar where we met friendly staff as well. Good beer for just 1 EUR. Overall, very nice place to have rest after the trip. The only problem was not good wifi signal at the room.

Our family hotel in Zadov sport centre is happy to welcome you in newly furnished 14 rooms. We offer dbl rooms and family rooms. Restaurant offers daily fresh made food. Cycling, cross-country skiing, snowboardind you can do all around. We have garden with children playgroung, trampolin and sumer terrace. In hotel there os located sauna, children playroom, massage room. If you are looking for some meeting place of place for teambuilding, we are ready to prepare for you perfect time.

Reviewed By Dafne07The first couple of nights we stayed just two uf us and it was the smallest room i have been to since student visit in London 25 years ago. It actually made me wonder how they got the bed in :-) but great bed and very nice sheets. Didn’t sleep well though.... the sound carriers across the hotel... for the last night we moved into a family room as our daughter joined and that was really nice spacious apartment with two separate rooms. The dining in the restaurant was amazing! Excellent food. Small meu but everything we had was delicious. We ended up eating there 2 nights out of three.

Wir waren mit Familie und Freunden über Silvester dort und waren sehr begeistert von der Freundlichkeit des Personals und die idyllische familiäre Atmosphäre dort! Die Hotelbesitzerin sprach fließend Deutsch und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Es gab leckere Hausmannskost zu angemessenen Preisen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

In the heart of nature
Reviewed By Marie VThe hotel stands on the edge of a forest, within a stone´s throw of Zadov holiday and sports resort, overlooking scenic meadows, pastures and Böhmerwald hills. We stopped just for a late-evening meal and were pleasantly surprised at the homely atmosphere of the restaurant. The menu offers different kinds of meat from the grill, branded Moravian wines, delicious non-conventional cakes and desserts, and, above all, meals of the traditional South-Bohemian cuisine based on potatoes, wild mushrooms, sour cabbage and garlic, everything tasty and at reasonable prices.

Reviewed By liskarichardPenzion velmi dobře a s láskou udržovaný, pokoje velmi čisté a prostorné, výhledy krásné, klidná lokalita, skvělá dostupnost, dostatek parkovacích míst, jídlo a obsluha vynikající, velmi chutné a bohaté snídaně s čerstvým pečivem a báječnou kávou, večeře velmi pestré - vařeno s láskou - je to vidět ! Široký výběr vín z Moravy. V létě venkovní bazén osvěží. Vhodné pro rodiny s dětmi, velký dětský koutek. Vřele doporučuji, v penzionu jsme byli již po druhé, je to prostě sázka na jistotu. Rádi se vrátíme. Majitelé velmi ochotní, vše na úrovni.

Reviewed By Blanka TDárek v podobě voucheru. Rychlá domluva s paní majitelkou, zaslání pokynů na mail. Skvělé ubytování, výborné snídaně. Trochu horší hledání penzionu, i když v mailu byl přesný popis trasy. Naše GPS lokalitu Stachy - Masákova Lhota naznala.

Nečekaný gurmánský zážitek
Reviewed By lovecmenhiruLéta jsme kolem tohoto baráčku jezdili - byl to jakýsi zavřený hotýlek u hlavní silnice. A letos v srpnu nás čekalo milé překvapení - veselá zelenkavá fasáda ohlašovala novou éru Stach. Ano, je to smutné, ale doposud ve Stachách nebyla hospoda, kde by se člověk bez obav a dobře najedl! Rozhodli jsme se okamžitě Šumaváka vyzkoušet, a nelitovali jsme! Voní to tu novotou, zahrádka má masivní dřevěný nábytek a velké slunečníky. Dali jsme si panenku na dva způsoby, a obě úpravy byly skvělé (jedna s hruškovým pyré a bylinkovými noky, a druhá s pepřovou omáčkou)! Milá a nevtíravá obsluha, malvaz z Plzně jako křen. Uvnitř panuje díky malým oknům jisté příšeří, ale zahrádka nemá chybu. Určitě budeme pravidelnými hosty!
