Our wireless connection service covers all areas of the building; free use is included with bookings. All rooms, completely soundproof, are under constant and accurate revision to ensure the best possible comfort for our guests. The restaurant is at the guests' services with its different, internationally inspired menus. The bar service offers a little menu and its support to those wishing for a snack, even at late night. Two meeting halls offer room for assemblies, job interviews etc. It will be our pleasure to try and fulfil any further or particular wishes.

Reviewed By Global56349640365Excellent value and location. Not a resort hotel, but perfect for the night before your flight home. Nice outdoor seating area and a decent restaurant next door.. Also, I think it’s the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in: quite a surprise given how close it is to Malpensa.

A special thanks to Giorgia and Cristina for making our stay great. These ladies went above and beyond for us! We found the hotel clean and their breakfast is better than what you’d find at a Spring Hill/Fairfield. We are Marriott Platinum members and I’ve stayed in a lot of Marriotts over the years, but this is the first time I’ve left a review. Better service here than the Sheraton down the street (although that is more convenient) You do have to take a bus to the main terminal, but other than that, it’s what you’d expect at a Moxy. It has a young, tech vibe and great group areas.

Reviewed By GOH77Conveniently located near Malpensa airport, an hour away from Milan and rather close if one would want to explore lake Maggiore, with the southern shores just 45minutes drive away from the Holiday Inn Express. The hotel is okay albeit basic, but ultimately its good value for money. Service was good even though at times snobbish. Rooms have seen better days and will need to be rennovated shortly unless IHG can accept a mediocre level of service being offered to its guests. Some grout in the bathroom is coming off, and parquet floor is peeling off. Cleanliness however was of an acceptable level. Breakfast good but not great. All in all a good choice for short stays or for those who need a cheap place to use as a sleeping hub and explore the surroundings. Being close to the runway better sound insulation is necessary, as with planes taking off every 5 minutes, even till late at night noise could become a nuisance to those seeking some rest.

Best value for airport overnight stay
Reviewed By Gav MOnly had a short stay between late and early morning flight. The airport transfer is including in your stay, making it good value compared to other accommodation available. The hotel is situated in what looks like an old industrial site, the area appears large with lots of different buildings. The hotel also operates an airport parking service and you share the bus with people collecting there cars. This can be an issue, we arrived late and had to wait around 45 mins for the bus, normally wouldn't be a problem but with only getting 4 hours sleep, would have liked to get there sooner. Breakfast served from 7am, nothing available if you are leaving earlier.

Reviewed By starkn2950Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn-Mapensa was outstanding. We were able to check in early. The service was impeccable, bed comfortable, a/c worked, good wi-fi connection, room service was fast and the food in the restaurant was really good. The breakfast that came with our room rate was incredible. The airport shuttle was always on time and efficient—just needed to phone ahead to reserve a spot. This was a great place to stay for our last night in Italy all at a very reasonable rate!

Reviewed By CarolinaBeckyThis family-owned hotel is not glamorous but is nicely furnished with spotless, well maintained rooms. Bed linens are nice with comforters matching the draperies, tall windows that give an air of spaciousness. Our room opened onto the paved courtyard which is gated to the street. Bath towels are generously sized and the bathroom was also spotless. This was not a large room (we had a twin) but it had a built in luggage rack, desk, tall wardrobe and also hooks on the wall for coats. NIghtstands with sconces over them were by each bed. The family work hard to meet requests and make guests comfortable. Restaurant portions are generous; we found we could not hold a primi and a secondi as the pastas and risottos were so ample. The restaurant uses good quality ingredients and does not attempt things they cannot handle so while the meals are comforting and delicious they are good basic “mama” cooking. I am a tough “grader” so gave it a four because it is not grand but it is very comfortable and very, very reasonable. It is a five for value.
