This little hotel is situated in the best possible area as our room overlooks the amazing harbour filled with boats and yachts. The view is 180 degrees of the ocean and mountains and it's situated walking distance from all the lovely shops and restaurants. The receptionist was so welcoming and gladly advised on popular restaurants in the area. The linen were fresh and the room had everything we need for our one night stay. I love the yellow walls and I would come back for the money worth and suggest this hotel to family and friends. Thanks aha Simon's Town Quayside Hotel !

What a lovely over night stay at The Boat House! So comfortable, elegant, home away from home. Friendly service, lovely breakfast and Exquisite views of Simonstown harbour and the ocean. We felt as if we were on a luxurous cruise liner. Lovely little touches - lavender flowers, chocolates, water in the fridge. Attention to small detail. We hope to be back.

Famous Fynbos, Gentle flowing water... Penguins and Butterflies. This is the feeling. The experience of colour and sound of Penguinden. The Diamond Choice of the Cape Peninsula. Penguinden offers superior accommodation & spectacular views with five suites on two different storeys/levels. Each suite consists of bedroom/s, bathroom/s and a communal lounge, dining area and kitchen. Each bedroom has its very own distinctive décor offering you a special individual holiday experience. Each suite also has its own private separate entrance and access to a barbeque area and tea garden/suntan area.
In many reviews i read that Penguinden is home away from home. Well, to have my own home like that is the dream of my life! Outstanding views, large balconies where i could enjoy my meals and even my cigarettes (they correctly recommended me to keep the balcony door closed when smoking, as they had complaints in the past of smoke smelling inside, even if smoking inside is forbidden), an infinite and fully equipped kitchen where it’s a pleasure cooking. A real lot of space, even in the lounge! Very comfortable bed, we had 2 en suite bathrooms just for us and still have to understand why they were 2! Moreover it is very close from some of main attractions such as Boulder’s beach or Cape Point and it has some beautiful beaches all around. I would also thank John to be a perfect host, always ready and happy to help! Great advises about beaches and restaurants! The jacuzzi was too cool, i had a very romantic time in there with my boyfriend! The area is totally safe, no problem parking in the premises! Driving up the road for 2 consecutive nights we spotted a couple of porcupines! So for us Simons town meant penguins, baboons and porcupines! Amazing, Penguinden will definitely be the best memory of my trip to cape town!

Exemplary service defines Whale View Manor. The team will go to any lengths to create a memorable, magical experience for their valued guests – from set ting up a breakfast table on the beach to arranging a tantalizing high-tea in the garden. Flexibility and creativity allow for the team to cater to your dreams. Accommodation:Six of the rooms have spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, while four have beautiful garden and mountain views. All the rooms have newly appointed en suite bathrooms and satellite television. Breakfast & Dining: Breakfast is served in the restaurant overlooking the ocean. Scrumptious freshly prepared meals are served with the aroma of freshly ground coffee filling the air. Our restaurant is open for lunch and dinner - booking essential. The meals are quite delectable.

Aqua Terra is a Beautiful Boutique Bed & Breakfast, nestled above the Ocean and near the Sky, perched on the mountain side overlooking False bay, with spectacular Ocean views towards the Kogelberg Mt. range. With only 5 Superior and Executive Suites. We offer a tranquil, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We are perfectly situated to explore the wonders of the Western Cape from Cape Point to the Winelands.
The location was fantastic. Aqua Terra Boutique Guesthouse is up a steep hill that's slightly tricky to drive, but the views make it totally worth it. Its within a gated compound, so its totally secure. Garth and Natalie are the most amazing hosts. Lovely conversationalists and happy to help with recommendations and so many other things. Staying here at Aqua Terra Guest House, felt like we were staying with friends rather than just a B&B. The view! Oh my God, what can I say about it? It has to be seen to be experienced, photographs can't capture the magnificence. They have a lovely sit out area near the pool if its too chilly to get in the water itself. We had the most amazing hot breakfasts here with everything cooked to order. Our car was absolutely caked with mud, since we had driven through Knysna forest in the rain before arriving at Simons Town. We had planned to get it professionally washed in town, but when we returned in the morning for breakfast after a morning beach trip, a member of staff actually carried multiple buckets of water up flights of stairs and cleaned our mud encrusted car and had it shining almost like new! That was above and beyond any expectations we have ever had of any B&B. Garth & Natalie, you and your staff have set the bar so high, no other place is ever going to come close enough to match it. We absolutely loved spending a couple of days in Simons Town, we got to reach the penguins way before the tourist buses from Cape Town arrived and so we were able to spend hours with the penguins with no one else around and actually just observe their natural behaviour without any other distractions. Zora their dog is a darling. She is an outdoor dog, extremely well behaved who can be gentle as a butterfly, but can also be the fiercest watchdog ever!

Luxury fully fitted self catering apartments at the edge of the sea. Set in an indigenous garden with swimming pool and decks and all overlooking the ocean.
What a wonderful place! We stayed 3 nights in a stylish, well-equipped studio with a breathtaking view over the beautiful garden and the sea. Theo was very welcoming and supportive and such a friendly guy. Just a pity that the sun loungers and the umbrella at the pool are not in a good condition and the WiFi in our room did not work. Except from that, we enjoyed our stay very much and would return anytime.

Tintswalo at Boulders is a luxury boutique villa perched on the beachfront that overlooks the famed Boulders Beach, in Simon's Town, Cape Town.
This was one of my highlights visiting South Africa. Not only was the property beautiful, but so were the people. The staff are extremely accommodating, approachable and pay attention to small details. I stayed in the water witch room which was spacious, comfortable and had the best view of boulders beach. Thank you all!
