Not able to procees with stay since not feeling well abd have positive symptoms, but never allowed to change the stay to another date even though payment done in full. Totally disapppinted with the Managemenr response. Will never ever suggest the place to any of my family or friends especially my friends from overseas whom planned to stay there during vacation next month. Pissed off... ???

The friendly staff, the service provided by them, the cleanliness, the yummy food , i was overwhelmed with the variety breakfast. Easy exit to nearby shop. Few doors steps to water park, theme park. Reviewed By DominicRedWe stayed here only for 1 night en route to our destination elsewhere. The rooms we were given were shabby and the bathroom even worse. There was some person's hair still on the commode in the toilet which was disgusting. The sink was also stained and not cleaned properly. Soap was provided, but its always best to bring your own products. The ac in the room was ok, but it was hard to get any sleep with the loud chatter coming from the shops/restaurants just outside the hotel - even at 2 am in the morning! The bed-sheet also had some stains which was unpleasant. We were happy to leave this place in the morning, but not before further unpleasantness in the form of the guy at the reception sprawled across the only comfortable looking chair in the lobby listening to some horrible music loud as ever on his phone. The receptionist from the night before when we checked in seemed more professional. It took awhile for him to haul himself up and attend to us. He then asked us for the ac and tv remotes of our rooms that we had not brought down with us (obviously). He then rudely asked us to fetch them ourselves! This place is truly not worth the money you pay for it, even as a budget hotel.

Decent Resort, but they charge for extra water in the rooms??
Reviewed By Joel Woverall the resort is nice. landscaping is well maintained, rooms seemed to be refurbished. the carpet and pillows were extremely dusty, and caused my wife to have an asthma attack, of which we had to rush to the nearby hospital as her airways all closed up. the main thing that upset me was that they were only wiling to provide 2 extra bottles of mineral water for the room, and every extra bottle was charged at RM5 per bottle! that's daylight robbery! i had to speak to multiple managers before i reached the Executive Asst Manager Kugan. To me, this policy should never have been in place as water is the most basic necessity. and for a 5-star hotel to charge customers for extra bottles of water is extremely unbecoming and almost CHEAP. we consumers should NOT accept policies like this.

Reviewed By Bahar_fath1313I am currently staying at this hotel and we paid 8,000 ringgit for two person for 14 days in a standard room, the service is extremely poor. And that makes quarantine harder to bear. Totally, experience quarantine in this hotel was hard.

Charmed by the landscape and hospitality
Reviewed By Roam26611076857Charming room and beautiful resort landscape. Beautiful view. The resort is very well maintained although aged. Bed and pillows are a dream to sleep on. Fairly extensive breakfast buffet spread and amazing staffs. A huge shout out to Faridah, Shiva, Shahril and Kesavan in safeguarding my kindle as I left it in the room after checking out. Thank you all for your efficiency, it was really impressive and I can’t thank you enough. It was hassle-free process done professionally.
