Reviewed By Irene SThis hotel is really bad. When i first came in, the bed sheet is dirty with some yellow stain and blood stain. The my daughter want to go swimming and i reach for their towel, and the towel stink like some wet foot. I complaint to the receptionist and they said the cleaning service will come and help cleaning it again. They came with a big trolley full of dirty bed sheet, because from the whole trolley, all the new bed sheet have a stain or some dirt in it. They said the laundry is awful and pl i believe them. They have to take extra from the office or whatever and still there is no clean bed sheet. I came to the point to ask this lady who looks like the manager or the the head of the cleaning team, is there any other guest who complained about this awfully dirty bed sheet, i mean how could you operate a hotel with no clean bed sheet and white towel??? for some reason she said NO one complaint. ok that mean from her perspective my complaint is just not normal. At first i already settled with the fact that it was the laundry problem who gave them bad work but now, i think the hotel is the one who didn't know what is a clean hotel. The room doesn't have any hairdryer and no refrigerator as well. The bathroom showerhead is damage and dirty too. There's mold everywhere. I proof it with some picture. Reviewed By mohammar610I'm staying for mandatory quarantine at sahid serpong got negative result on malaysia 2 times and as i arrived at the airport as well.. after 10 days of quarantine i got positive result on covid19 at sahid serpong, I'm so mad, couldn't believe it and also panic at the same time, but what's makes me unsatisfied is when my wife talk to the sales person who handling my reservation she deny everything, she ever mention that people can be infected of covid19 for 3-5 times, this sales person won't give you any solution and just disagree with your words rather than give you an solution, that's not the right thing to say to your customer, she had no empathy at all, since empathy its the first thing you should showing to your customer when you handling a complain. I'm a manager as well on 1 of marriott's property in malaysia, i knew how to talk properly with my guest. That's so unprofesional and dissapointed knowing that i've tested positive after quarantine at the place i thought that "safe" for me to stay. Pay additional 2 million for another pcr test, 8 hundred thousand for transportation and 14 million for another quarantine at another hotel its not the worst thing, the worst thing happens from the bad services. If you having a problem during your stay at this place don't ever think that you will find an solutions, since no one will care for you or take care of you. Anyway now I stay at C'one hotel a 2-3 stars hotel who handling guest with positive result, they served me way better than sahid serpong.
