Reviewed By Emre KIt was a terrible experience. The lobby, restaurant and ski room was packed. The restaurant legally shouldn’t accomodate more than 50 people but there were around 400-500 people sitting face to face. Sometimes it is impossible to find a place. There people having their lunch and dinner in the bar. We warned the owner about axeeding the limit over 10 times, she took out the “max 50 people” warning from the wall. Besides, the food, service and variety of food options were quite poor too.

Reviewed By TyilService was very warm and friendly. Food was not very good. They offer variety of choices but main courses taste not so good. Location is quite good. They’d better add some things to spent the night with fun for guests like billard, fusball etc.

Reviewed By jade808558We stayed during Ramadan and we were probably the only people in a big hotel. It felt very odd. It was often hard to find anyone to provide services. They did not open the restaurant but they did provide a good Turkish breakfast for us at the times that we had requested. Standard rooms were small but the superior rooms were a good size and were clean. The staff seemed to only just be able to keep the place going. Not sure why it wasn't shut. The shower was good and the bed firm. There was no heating in the room but the room was surprisingly warm enough.

The hotel is designed for winter forms of recreation and located less than five minutes by shuttle to the main Ski Station of Sarıkamış. The price is fair if compared to the hotels situated right near the Ski Station. The hotel does not have the equipment that can be rent, but has partners who can offer ski equipment for reasonable price. The equipment may also be rent at Ski Station. The rooms in the hotel are of no grandeur but are clean, comfortable and spacious. The sauna and pool are fair as well. Again, you gain what you pay. Other than that I can note the attitude of personnel who were mostly kind, thoughtful and comforting. Special thanks to Mr. Yavuz Çelik for adequate care and support.

Great Host, Great Personnel and Very Clean Hotel
Reviewed By Seyda_DuruThanks a lot to the hotel owner Mr. Yavuz Bildik. He and his personnel hosted us like a family, so we had a great stay. Hotel is very clean and warm. Hotel location is at the center of Sarkamis not at the ski center,but the hotel has free shuttle to ski center, so we didn't face any disadvantage of staying at the city center.I will definitely stay at this hotel again for my next visit to Sarıkamış and I can strongly recommend Bildik Hotel to my friends.
