Wonderful unexpected treat to stay at Hotel Pedranzini
Reviewed By ChrissiEL2000A last minute decision to ski at new year and maximising our time away meant a middle of the night arrival at this hotel which was accommodated with a smile and warm welcome which we really appreciated. This hotel stands out in the village for its charm and tasteful presentation. Food fabulous and plentiful, room and bathroom very clean, and cleverly planned (our room had a room within it inc 2 bunk beds - a true family room). Close to ski lift and all usual amenities such as ski hire etc. The services and staff at this hotel deserve more than 3 stars. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back with friends and will arrive at a more sociable hour!

Amazing food and position! Definitely to recommend
Reviewed By germy2020Absolutely confortable and welcoming place where to stay with a family. My 2-years old baby had a ball all stay, playing with miniclub and in the swimming pools. Rooms large and confortable but the most impressive feature is the food offer, delicious and so varied. Only low was the cleaness of the rooms, to improve. Other than that, absolutely a place to recommend!!

An excellent hotel with outstanding staff
Reviewed By russelld852022Staff could not do enough for us this week. Every member of staff, all family, were polite, and helpful, and seemed to genuinely want to make our visit memorable. Hotel was clean, conveniently placed in terms of skiing/town, and catered for our needs well, including understanding coeliac very well.

Reviewed By HANNAHKENT_10Perfectly family run hotel, exemplary hosts, 5 star service, very helpful, from the moment you arrive it feels like home, great position with wonderful views from every room, 5 min walk to the ski lifts, restaurants and village, ample parking, great breakfast, good home cooked evening meals available, ski boot room, amazing sauna, spotlessly clean in all areas, cozy and warm throughout, beds are nice and hard with nice heavy feather duvets, (the best sleep ever) complimentary shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, fast laundry service, there is always service with a smile from everyone at the hotel, nothing is too much trouble, very nice place and very friendly hosts, the hospitality was superb.

Very comfortable hotel right in the middle of the resort
Reviewed By JillEDH57Hotel San Matteo is a very comfortable family hotel right in the middle of Santa Caterina. The proprietors go out of their way to welcome you, to cater for all your dietary requirements and make your stay a really good one. The bedrooms are warm and spotlessly clean. We always ask for a bath but the hotel also has showers. The food is traditional to the area and the menu offers a very good choice. There are always salads and fruit available. The wines are local. The hotel caters for couples, families, young children and babies The hotel is only 5 mins away from the chair lift and is central for all cafes.

The new Chalet Bucaneve, which sits in a tranquil panoramic location next the crosscountry ski trail and near the town center and ski lifts, promises an unforgettable vacation in complete freedom, in the midst of the pristine natural setting of the Stelvio National Park Apartments of various sizes (studio, two and three rooms) are decorated with rustic furniture that adds a touch of warmth and simple mountain taste. All are well-equipped and have a balcony and color cable TV, WIFI connection, hairdrier, safe.. Chalet Bucaneve also has a solarium, ski and ski-boot deposit, bikeroom, garage, private parking and a small summer playground and barbecue The reception desk welcomes guest and is at their disposal for any need.
Another fantastic holiday
Reviewed By Claire FThis is the second year on the trot we have booked to stay in Chalet Bucaneve and I simply cannot fault them, every detail is taken care of. From the minute you arrive you are given a very warm welcome, the family are lovely and could not be more helpful. The apartment facilities, location and price are simply hard to beat, hence why we booked again this year. The ski hire shop in town are extremely helpful so all in all it’s a fantastic family friendly resort. There are 5 of us in my family, our eldest child being 11, plus 2 other families; so 6 adults and 6 children in total. They don’t mind when we move furniture around so we can all eat together in the larger apartment and likewise are extremely tolerant when the children run between the apartments. Definitely 10/10 from us - thanks again and who knows...maybe again next year

Reviewed By Fabrizio BNice hotel, very clean rooms with great view of the mountains. Ample breakfast (sweet and salty). Dinners with slightly repetitive food. Staff courteous, especially young Francesco - professional and kind - attending dinners. He deserves more in his career.
