Another blissful holiday at my favourite hotel
Reviewed By smith212016We have been to this hotel many times but our planned visit two years ago was a victim of the pandemic . There have been changes structurally because of a severe flood two years ago but these have been very well done and enhance guests experience . The spirit remains as wonderful as ever and it was a joy from the minute we were picked up at the airport to when we were dropped off there again to return home. Can’t wait to return again next year !

Reviewed By CJWoody1957Another visit to this fabulous hotel. Every member of staff were amazing , friendly and efficient. Loved the food and drinks at the pool bar and enjoyed great service there. Sunbeds plentiful and comfortable overlooking Sami and the bay. Rooms spacious and very clean. A lovely hotel to stay in highly recommended.

Reviewed By charlotte862Wonderful place to say, everything was outstanding, the room was lovely and had everything we needed, lovely views from the balcony and very clean rooms with housekeeping doing a great job. Lulia made our stay very comfortable and served us a great breakfast every morning. The pool was well kept. The location is perfect as it is so peaceful and relaxing. We shall return.

So disappointing and no hot water
Reviewed By BetB533This hotel has the potential to be beautiful, the setting is gorgeous and it has a large clean swimming pool. It’s outside the village which means a walk with no pavement and a steep climb up to most of the rooms, some with a lot of steps. It’s such a shame that this hotel hasn’t been maintained properly. Our room had several loose sockets hanging off the wall, the bathroom needed a good clean, plugs and drains etc were filthy. The shower is tiny which completely soaked the rest of the bathroom because the shower curtain didn’t fit. However the worst part was NO HOT WATER for the whole of our stay. Breakfast was fine as long as you arrive early but tables are very close together. The owners are charming but seem oblivious to many issues that need addressing in this hotel.

Amazing stay…
Reviewed By karenebsWe recently stayed for four nights at Sami View. We can’t recommend it enough. John and Vicky are amazing hosts - so hospitable. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and very spacious and comfortable. Also the best shower - great water pressure. The pool area and gardens are like a tropical paradise. It’s also a great location for travelling around Kefalonia. You won’t regret staying here … we are already looking forward to our next visit.

Nice place to stay, value for money

You are probably paying %30 less than a regular fare of a 3 star hotel in the region and rent a good space as clean as it can be with free parking and a patio. The owners are very nice people trying to be as helpful as they can be during your stay. Yes you need a car bur that's valid almost for all facilities in Cephalonia if you want to visit various treasures like Antisamos Beach, Myrtos Beach and Argostoli. I'm quite happy with what I get against what I have paid and definitely would recommend the place ...

Every apartment has a terrace with sea view.The surrounding area is ideal for cycling.

Reviewed By wendybU827IMThis place is truly amazing. The hosts Alinta and Theodore are lovely and nothing is too much trouble they work very hard at keeping their guests happy. We had a first floor apartment which exceeded our expectations it was beautifully furnished and had a spectacular view from the balcony. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It was a perfect place to relax and unwind. We would definitely return if visiting kefalonia again.

OK for stopover but not longer stay
Reviewed By sillyolddufferStayed for just one night to be ready to catch ferry following day. Very pleasant owner and well equipped studio apartment if (as is often the case in Greece) a little dark and aging gracefully. Good position for ferry less than 1/4 mile away.
