What a wonderful Short Break
Reviewed By Ray TThis Bed and Breakfast has a great family feel to it we were there for four nights as we were attending a wedding. Emilia gave us a warm welcome and the quality of this B&B was brilliant. Air-conditioned rooms with adequate furnishings for our stay. nothing appeared to be too much trouble although we did struggle with translation our Italian was poor and Emilia did not speak any english but we coped and I would recommend this Bed and Breakfast as a great base to tour around this region.

Reviewed By borisc570I have no idea how people write positive reviews about this dump and how it can claim a 4 star rating. 2 stars would be very generous. I only booked it for 1 night during a drive from Sicily to Puglia... and boy, was I happy it was just one night. This is an all-inclusive place, apparently for the locals. Our room's carpet was dirty, I have never seen such horrible stains in a hotel. The staff claimed it was "normal", they cleaned the carpet but the stains were not coming off. The room fridge (that's usually filled with overpriced drinks) was empty except for a stack of plastic cups... see the picture. The shower head on a flex hose could not be hung. I could go on and on. Just stay away.

Reviewed By PeppyBariCamere molto spaziose, pulite e confortevoli, dotate di tutto quello che può servire in vacanza, bagno molto pulito e attrezzato. Accoglienza da parte dei gestori molto calorosa, la signora Carmela è stata molto disponibile e accogliente dal momento del nostro arrivo fino alla partenza dispensandoci anche consigli su luoghi da visitare e su locali in cui mangiare. La mattina siamo stati deliziati da una colazione super!! Complimenti!!! Ottimo in tutto!!

Reviewed By Jacko05Evergreen B&B is a great situation for visiting Dublin or the surrounding area. We were warmly created by Olive who is possibly the sweetest person you might meet in Ireland. Having been refreshed with tea and biscuits Olive armed us with maps and information to help us looking around Malahide and Dublin. Our ensuite room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. We walked into Malahide both days, to eat and to catch the train into Dublin. It's an easy 20 minute walk. Taxis are an option if you don't want to walk though. Thanks Olive for a great stay with you, we really enjoyed meeting you and staying in your home.

Reviewed By susy230563Abbiamo utilizzato questa struttura per la nostra discesa in Calabria solo una notte. Il b&b è nella salita che porta al paese che consiglio comunque di vedere per ammirare la vista del mare dall'alto. La stanza era una tripla immacolata, molto grande, e con tutti i servizi. Buon sonno con un meraviglioso materasso e un bel bagno grande e balcone. La colazione era abbondante e varia.

Ci trovi nel cuore della marina di Roseto Capo Spulico – Borgo Autentico. A pochi passi dal mare, se vuoi raggiungerlo a piedi. Abbiamo pensato di offrire ai nostri ospiti, sia a quelli che vengono per lavoro sia a quelli che vengono per vacanza, tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno perfetto. Abbiamo aggiunto il self check-in, per eliminare tutti gli ostacoli di orario che puoi avere per colpa del lavoro, del traffico o semplicemente perchè vieni da molto lontano. Abbiamo il parcheggio privato, per farti dormire sonni tranquilli se vieni da noi in auto.

Primo accesso con un codice, si può fare il check-in online e una volta entrati col codice si usa la tessera inserita nell'attivatore dell'elettricità della stanza. All'orario di checkout la stanza si disattiva automaticamente, potendo lasciare la scheda all'interno, senza bisogno di lasciarla a qualcuno! Bella domotica.

Reviewed By Fabiola BAppartamento nuovo, ma ahime non pulito a regola d arte, in particolare il bagno...apriamo l acqua del lavandino ed esce marrone...prova tangibile di una mancata pulizia dei giorni prima. Stoviglie poche e qyelle che c erano osolete e sporche...facciamo presente la cosa e non ci vengono sostituite...aria condizionata mancante, con appartamento dal pomwriggio caldissimo..... L unica nota positiva la doccia.. Quindi se torneremo a Roseto Capo Spulico (bellissimo) di sicuro non sceglieremo piu questo residence...
