The Brittany & Spa is a 17th century manor by the sea, completly renovated, with indoor swimming pool, spa and very closed acces to the beach. Juste 5 mns walking from the Marina and Ferries port. 34 Rooms and apartments ensuite, satellite tv, free wifi, coffee and tea maker... Our Restaurant (Le Yachtman) with as executive chef Loic Le Bail. Wonderful views on the all harbour and Isle of Batz. You will appreciate the wonderful sunset from the restaurant or on the terrace. We offer you a free access to our indoor heated swimming pool and private acces to our spa with suplt. For your security, we have you private and safe car park.

As we had to do the Passenger Locator Form to return to the UK we asked if they could print the information we had given. Staff went above and beyond in doing this without hesitation. So glad to be back and looking forward to returning next year.

This was my first solo hotel stay in my 46 years of life and the lovely team at Hotel aux Tamaris were friendly, helpful (and tolerant of my poor French!). My room (No 20) was a good size and had a view that you could sit and admire all day long! Despite being at the front of the hotel the road was quiet and the windows shut out all noise and I slept soundly. At short notice they were happy for 2 relatives to join me for breakfast and we were treated to a delicious buffet with unlimited fresh coffee! Thank you so much. I’m definitely going to visit the hotel again and would recommend to all!

Not much better inside though clean at least. Sorry to be so negative but really disappointing and depressing, lacking any hotel/holiday ambience.

Reviewed By ingvi hwe stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed it a lot. the staff was very friendly, the rooms were big and spacious. The location is great, in the center of town. We had a super breakfast and also a nice aperitif in the courtyard area. I loved the stay.

Our room was clean, roomy, and had a nice patio. We found the one-way street a little tricky to negotiate but we can blame our sat/nav for that. The front desk spoke English fluently.

Reviewed By CarolienBACWe stayed at Chez Janie in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. Luckily this hotel took the measures to avoid spreading COVID-19 seriously. The rooms weren't made up if you stayed for less then 3 nights. If you needed clean towels or toilet paper, you could get those yourself at the reception. They also asked to ventilate your room thoroughly. Our room was situated at the end of a corridor in a small hall you had to enter through double doors. There was a another room whose door also opened into this small hall. This was very unfortunately, because those double doors were very noisy. Especially in the morning we got woken up several times by the noise of those doors. The rooms themselves were hardly sound proof. We could hear a lot of noise from our neighbors. The room itself was clean. The shower was fine, but it was hard to keep the bathroom dry when you took a shower. The breakfast buffet was kind of basic, no cooked options. You had to show to the staff what you wanted to have for breakfast and than they put your choices on a plate for you. The brownies were very good, though! There was no luggage room, so when we asked after checkout if we could leave our luggage in the hotel for some hours, the staff had to put them behind the reception desk. The hotel is situated right in the center of Roscoff

Reviewed By bethanybJ3340QQStayed one night because our ferry was delayed to the following morning. Got up at 5.15 am to take a shower and the drain didn't work. Flooded the floor after 30 seconds! I told reception and he pretended he didn't understand, although his English was perfect the night before. My husband came down to talk to him when we checked out, then another customer helped translate to ensure he understood the problem. The man shrugged his shoulders and refused to do anything. No apology. No voucher or refund. My husband walked away and the man stands up and starts shouting at my husband! Saying he had done many nice things for us! He didn't do anything but rent us a room for €180 and the shower didn't work. Shouting at us as we were leaving was absolutely appalling and disgusting.

Poor Check in and no hot water
Reviewed By Graham JAt no point is there a mention that check in as at the hotel which is away from the apartments. When we eventually did sort out check in and parked the complex was so poorly lit that you couldn't make out any numbers on the doors. And worst of all, and totally unacceptable, there was no hot water! I wasn't the only complainant at reception either. Tried to email you directly to complain and even that didn't work! Very poor, don't book.
