Рядом супермаркет,кафе,рестораны,пекарня,автобусная остановка,детская площадка.Хозяин апартаментов Воин - удивительный человек, окружает заботой и вниманием каждого гостя, хозяйка - отменный кулинар. Встречает всех гостей тортом своего изготовления, можно заказать у нее рыбку на обед или ужин. Рисан- городок для тех, кто устал от суеты больного города.

The apartment's is located in the newly built Risan Club complex on the border of Risan in the northwestern part of the Boka Kotorska bay in the valley at the foot of Mount Oren. The distance to the sea is 70m,to the city of the Kotor museum (protected by UNESCO) - 15 km, to the restaurant and grocery store 300 m, beaches - 100-200 m. Ideal place for family and romantic holidays.

Reviewed By akuzmin77Апартаменты Ognjenovic находятся в городке Рисан, в 25 км. от Тивата, рядом с пляжем гостиницы Теута (2 мин. ходьбы). Рисан располагает хорошей инфраструктурой: супермаркет IDEA, кафе, пиццерия HIPNOS, больница, аптека, автобусное сообщение. Недалеко известные достопримечательности: Пераст, Котор, Херцег-Нови, а главное - Бока Которская. В апартаментах семьи Ognjenovic мы останавливались в конце июля 2016 г. Мы занимали трехкомнатные апартаменты на втором этаже гостевого дома. У апартаментов есть выход на балкон с удивительным видом на горы. В самих апартаментах есть все самое необходимое: кухня с набором посуды, два санузла, телевизор, кондиционер, а главное - ощущение домашнего уюта. Драган и Радмила - радушные хозяева, которые готовы сделать все, чтобы во время отдыха вы чувствовали себя как дома. Драган встретил нас в аэропорту Тивата, угостил нас своими домашними соками (апельсиновый и гранатовый), апельсиновм джемом. Вместе с Драганом покупали и варили мидии, жарили рыбу. На территории усадьбы разбит роскошный сад, тихо и спокойно. Собак нет. Шумных компаний тоже. Идеальное место для отдыха с детьми.

Reviewed By marinatestova00Хорошая вилла, в большом номере 20 кв. м есть все что необходимо для комфортного отдыха: полотенца, фен, утюг, стиральная машина, кондиционер. В комнате есть кухня с холодильником, всей необходимой посудой, ЖК телевизор с российскими каналами, есть номера с балконами или верандой, на которой есть столик и стулья, вечером можно отдохнуть за чашкой кофе или бокалом вина. Вилла находится в 500 м от пляжа, но это не напрягает. Прогуляться через парк даже приятно. Есть один минус- вас не встретят на рецепшен, его просто нет. Чтоб попасть в свой номер надо позвонить менеджеру. Это не удобно, т.к. мобильная связь наших мобильных операторов типа теле 2 или МегаФон недоступна.

Reviewed By anjayoI visited this place in July 2017. If you are a TV or internet addict do not stay here. They only have Russian, Persian and Turkish channels, no local channels or BBC, Eurosport etc. Also if you want an Internet connection you literally have to stand or sit next to the reception desk to have access to Wi-Fi. The connection in my room, which was on top-level floor, was very poor. If you are a light sleeper, definitely do not stay here, as the air conditioner clunks like crazy! The noise is so annoying that you are forced to turn the AC off, and then you can’t sleep, due to hot temperature in the room. Talk about heat! The balcony was not sheltered from the sun at all, and if you like spending time sitting on the balcony watching the sunset, you can forget about it because this is only possible early in the morning and late at night. This Villa is located 200 meters from the beach, but you have to go uphill, which is not pleasant at 38 degrees Celsius, to say the least. Also if you visit this place bring some of your own towels, ‘cause they change them every three days and make sure to bring your own hair-drier. For breakfast we had the same four meals every day. The two good things about this place are spacious parking place and that the place is very peaceful and quiet.

The nearest airport is Tivat, 13 km from the accommodation, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service.
Amazing place for both relaxation and fun
Reviewed By KeslarkaWe spent five days in peaceful and quiet Risan and apartments Gabela proved to be the right choice for us! It’s a stone house, recently renovated, and located in the central part of Risan, just a 2-minute walk from the central square, shops, restaurants and the local beach. Both the interior and the exterior are amazing: clean and stylish! Our apartment was cosy with a small kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a huge bedroom. There is a very nice pool, big terrace, wine bar and a summer kitchen. We came in spring, so the weather didn’t allow us to spend a lot of time outside, but I can imagine that the place is very convenient for a big company or several families, as much as it is for couples like us. The staff was also very friendly and helpful! I also liked that everything is close - beautiful Perast is just a 3-minute drive, Kotor and Herceg Novi a 20-minute drive, and Tivat some half an hour. This was my first visit to Montenegro since 2007, and picking up these apartments and Risan was the best decision!
