Reviewed By Caltrip50The best thing about this hotel is the location. The rooms were average but the harbor and access to the freeway make this a good home base for exploring the LA areas. It is also pricey for the quality of the accommodations. On the positive side, the front desk representatives were very responsive. They readily responded to our request to change rooms. Also, I left one of my electronic devices in my room after I checked out. I called the hotel, and the staff located the item and sent it to me at home. Shout out to Ryan and Doha.

Reviewed By reneecP471CNMy husband and I stayed here for the first time. There was so much to do within walking distance or a short drive. The accommodations were first rate as was all the staff! They have a very nice gift shop and a fun bar to relax in. We will definitely be back.

Reviewed By L_MooSayNever booking here again: 1. Too many potheads. Management does not enforce the no smoking in room policy. 2. Room (217) had a foul smell. 3. Felt unsafe. People walking at night and even arguing in front of our room. 4. Pool was advertised online as working. Couldn’t use the pool during the stay. Really don’t know the real reason since I was given two different reasons. 5. Our room was dirty. The layers of dust found on the lamp, clock, coffee machine, etc.. the nightstand was not wiped down, there was many sticky residue on the top and I had to wipe it down. 6. The parking lot area is too tight/compacted. 7. Not enough seatings in the breakfast room.

Reviewed By travel44jllhThis gentleman at checkin was special. He gave us advice on every detail of our stay. Rooms were clean and remodelled. Parking was just barely enough. Free on street. Low crime area. Not really close to the seaside at all. Good restaurants very close. Starbucks across the street. CVS and a grocery a short walk away.
