The Hotel is made up of three Georgian Grade 2 listed townhouses, two of which are adjoining, that date back to 1799. They occupy the prime position in Ramsgate's best known historic garden crescent. Many of the bedrooms boast magnificent views over the 'Royal Harbour', the yacht marina and the English Channel. Some even have their own private south east facing balcony! 'The Empire Room' our 30 cover restaurant serves modern British food in a club setting. Open Mon-Sat 6.30pm to 9.30pm. Open on Sunday Bank and Public Holiday weekends.
Awful customer service and booking process, avoid at all costs. I booked 6 rooms for my father’s 77th birthday and some visiting family, this was done on the basis that the website offers 2 days prior to arrival cancellation, however.. this is only on some rooms and rates (even if you book them all together). My father was rushed to A&E and remains in intensive care a week before our stay, so I called to regretfully have to cancel our rooms (giving the hotel plenty of time to resell the rooms – this weekend Ramsgate is very busy so they’ll almost certainly be full again), but the manager, Tim, refused to budge and has forced us to pay for two rooms which were (frankly quite deceptively) without a cancelation option, despite all 6 rooms being booked at the same time on the same booking. I’m sure Tim will reply to this comment stating that the option to move the booking was given, but this was a once-off occasion with family flying in from Australia I have no need to use them again. Sometimes customer service means doing things outside of the contract, don’t expect that to happen here.

Albion House is a beautifully restored Regency building atop the East Cliff in Ramsgate. With 12 of our 14 rooms having sea views, feel cherished and truly relaxed with a stay above the only Royal Harbour in the country
We have just returned home after our pleasant stay at Albion House , the decor is beautiful and so is everything about this hotel. Our breakfast on both days was lovely the food was all freshly cooked and very tasty. This hotel is unique and we really enjoyed our stay, the staff were very nice and we would recommend Albion House to anyone who likes beautiful relaxed surroundings and history, Albion House has it all.

Fabulous little hotel, stayed here several times and it never disappoints, it’s very comfortable & immaculately clean, and the staff are great, the breakfast is plentiful and has a reasonable choice on the menu, the hotel is about 1/2 hr walk from Ramsgate along the sea front, we have booked to go back again next year. Premier Inn Ramsgate (Manston Airport) is a great escape, whether you're in town for work or a well-earned short break. While you're here, get a taste of the great British seaside at Ramsgate and Margate, head for the historical haven of Canterbury or take a trip across the channel from Dover. Wherever your trip takes you, you can count on a delicious dinner at our Table Table restaurant and a great night's sleep in your comfy kingsize Hypnos bed.
I don’t understand why any reviewer would moan about any Premier inn! ?♀️(From my experience so far!) Manston is a budget hotel that I have visited, 4 times, for 3/4 night stays with daughter and 2 children - a summer get away. The staff at Manston are lovely - polite, helpful and kind - Sam on reception proves latter to be true! Prices are brilliant value compared to other hotels. (Only 6/7 mile drive to Broadstairs, the ‘gem’ in the crown between Margate and Ramsgate) There is a McDonalds, also a Co-op on site….really useful! I suggest that those that make negative comments ‘get a life’! or search elsewhere for something that costs a lot more! The latter is my opinion. Thank you staff at P.Inns everywhere!

Stayed three nights The bad bits: bed is hard, constant white noise as the bathroom fan would not turn off. Toilet cistern leaking and continually refilling. Air con noisy. Good bits. Facilities are clean and fresh, staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is very good and plenty to choose from. I did report the above and staff were apologetic.

Hotel on the Royal harbour in Ramsgate. Central to all tourist attractions, Restaurants, Bars and pubs. We also have function rooms for hire.
We first stayed a couple of years ago and we’re impressed with the quality of the rooms and friendliness of the staff. We booked to stay over the Jubilee weekend and we’re really disappointed to find there was a wedding reception being held at the hotel, had we known we’d have gone elsewhere. There were signs up saying the reception would go on until 1am, however there was still loud music being played until 4am, which is really unacceptable. Staff did not apologise for this, but it’s unclear whether this was from the wedding reception or the bars next door. Either way we did not sleep. Doubt we’ll be returning again.

Great hotel, big room with comfy beds, couldn’t fault the hotel, the lady who was on duty, when we arrived, she was fantastic, friendly chatty just an all round nice lady, (shame about the grumpy cleaner when leaving you couldn’t even get a good morning off her) but don’t let that put you off, I will definitely be back, £70 for the one night I booked was great value, personally I would of still been happy if it was £100 for the stay after all the Travelodge wanted £155 for the same date,

Boutique hotel located near the Royal Harbour in Ramsgate. Offering eight individually designed rooms, with en-suite facilities and all modern conveniences.
If we could live there, we would! Beautifully decorated with exquisite attention to detail, amazing staff who were friendly, funny and happy to help, a bed which was like sleeping in a cloud, a super cool location and the proprietor was one of the loveliest people we could wish to meet. We will be returning as soon as we can.
