Reviewed By DSAL01010304No complaints! Everything was as expected for a Hampton. Well maintained and kept. Great for an overnight stay. Staff was VERY friendly. Every employee I passed in the hall greeted me. Wonderful job, that’s one of the best ways to keep a hotel great!

Reviewed By hharre412756Room reservation accuracy not meet. Half ass attempt to rectify. The breakfast what is horrible. Biscuits and gravy the worst I ever had. Bagels cinnamon rolls not good. Would have rather opted out of breakfast and ate at a restaurant.

The hotel is located just off Historic Route 66, and minutes from downtown Waynesville, Missouri, home of Roubidoux Springs, a natural spring and excellent cave diving site as well as other unique sites. The city of St Robert, Missouri is also known as the business hub of Pulaski County. You'll enjoy a hot breakfast, fresh new guest rooms and bathrooms and useful amenities including 49in flat screen TV's, FREE WiFi, 24 heated indoor pool and hot tub just to name a few!

No climbing over the side of a tub. Just great. Everything was clean and well maintained. The pool was awesome. No chlorine stink or irritated eyes and skin. Really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and helpful. Friendly greeting upon arrival and the lobby area looks welcoming and clean. Fresh coffee, tea or hot chocolate available around the clock. Tried it at different times and it tasted really good. Nothing dirty or old spills. Kept nice and clean. Lemon water was a nice touch. Really liked it. Breakfast was good. Nice selection and fresh. TV channels are good. Actually found a couple good movies to watch. Hotel is within walking distance of several Really good Restaurants. Walmart is nearby for other needs and the Hotel itself has a small but very good selection of items for purchase. I can really recommend this hotel. This is great if traveling to the FLW area.

We were able to check on early to get ready for the graduation. The breakfast was awesome! The was something for everyone.

Reviewed By V MOur room was very clean, thanks Carla! Bed was comfortable, refrigerator worked great and had a small freezer section that actually froze my water bottle. Unusual for a hotel fridge! Breakfast area was well stocked. A good, affordable stay!

Clean, nice room, very security conscious
Reviewed By Nancy MIt was easy to book both on the phone and in person. Had the same room both times. It was clean, smelled nice, recently updated, bathroom floor was a bit "squishy" as the LVP was not doing well. Check in one time was time consuming and the other time went well. One cannot enter through the side doors ever and after a certain time need the key card for the front door. Restaurants across the street-a diner and Cracker Barrel. No alarm clock and a room with coffee in it was about $1.50 more.

Reviewed By 4pmwineThe location of this hotel was a perfect first stop from Chicago. and I was thrilled to see a 50's Route 66 style diner across the street (I just love Diners!!!) This seemed to be an older Fairfield Inn, a little smaller. even so, our king room was quite large. The young woman at reception was so friendly, it felt like a welcome home! Unfortunately, I think the hotel was pretty empty, so with not too many guests, the lobby coffee was not hot (after all, why make a huge pot of coffee, then throw most of it away. Same was true for the morning breakfast. I am used to lavish hot buffets at Fairfield Inns, but this was very limited. No eggs, no bacon or sausage, just some prepackaged sausage biscuits, prepackaged toaster waffles, and some cereal. Totally understandable with limited guests, again, why throw most of it away. I was also disappointed that this hotel is following Marriott's "latest and greatest" idea of filling in their Whirlpools. After a long day on the road, I appreciate being able to grab 20 minutes in a Hot Tub to relax. But those days seem to be vanishing rapidly. Shame on you Marriott.

No cerial, no pastries, no toast, no english muffin and no bagels, no nothing in the way of food or juice. ONLY coffee. Would not recommend this proprety, but the price was good. Buyer beware!

No gym, bright lights in room
Reviewed By Hank WNo gym. Room decor nice but two big flaws. 1. There are four lights in the room. All four are obnoxiously bright white lights, so no soft bedside lighting for reading. 2. There is only a pull down shade that doesn’t fully darken the room. The temperature control was a bit awkward to adjust, see picture. Same lighting issue in bathroom: all bright or nothing. Hot breakfast with mini omelettes, sausage, pancakes and other breakfast selections. I recommend the Quality Inn next door, where I would have stayed if it wasn’t booked up due to Thursday graduation ceremonies at nearby Ft Leonard Wood.
