Reviewed By kingnbCheck in excellent and efficient, facilities etc were explained to us. Complimentary drink on arrival. Safe charge €10 but refundable at end of the week. Room excellent, air con good, excellent bathroom , comfy beds, tea/Coffee. Entertainment a bit mixed but more than adequate, not in your face. Hotel very clean, staff friendly, restaurant staff very efficient. Choice for breakfast amazing, evening meal again excellent choice of starters with fruit, salads, cheeses, soups, cold meats , fish. Normally one main fish or meat dish in the evening but always steak and fish available on the grills. Beers, wine and spirits very reasonably priced for a hotel ( you cant expect €1 beers and €2.50 wines like some of the cheaper bars). Rooms cleaned daily and towels and sheets changed daily if you asked. Overall an excellent week 23 - 30th May stay, would definitely go back

Reviewed By neil wA great resort. Friendly excellent staff and great food. The room was the best we have stayed in. No mad rush for sunbeds, various entertainments through the day and evening. We will be looking to return next year with the family. But for longer than this year!

Came here for a week and enjoyed it all food was amazing even for fussy eaters Food for everyone all ways something new to try and always classics like chips pasta ect staff are lovely really friendly can ask for help when ever or even have a friendly conversation The entertainment team are lovely all ways some thing going on in the big pool like water polo and more it’s for all ages Rooms are amazing you’re own space no one around you the hotel looks beautiful Right in the town as well always something to do, the beach is not even a 10 minute walk Only thing can say is no floats in the big pool apart from baby floats or arm bands but its understandable as it’s more the peaceful pool and you can use floats in the other pool with the slide I’ve seen a lot of snobby comments about this hotel And half off it’s not true ! this hotel is perfect for family with kids/ teens or anyone really staff on there own make the holiday better by the way you’re treated by there kindness, I am shocked that this hotel is only a 3 star ! Definitely will come again

Vanilla Garden is a small and cozy hotel; it has been completely remodeled in 2014, with traditional architecture, imitating the typical Canary Island houses with wooden balconies and gabled roofs. Lovely,friendly ,helpful staff,large rooms in a modern style with a large,comfy double bed, in a spottless room. We were half board, and the food was among the best we've ever had! Everything is cooked fresh on the premises,and because it's a fairly small hotel there's no waiting or queuing. Low key but quality entertainment in the evening,singer,guitarist,sax player,all brilliant, and gives the restaurant a classy feel, Which made us stay in the restaurant long after we"d eaten! Special praise to Pascal and all the catering team. Pool area is lovely, with double sun beds, shades etc a jacuzzi and small gym..All staff friendly and helpful,especially Maria on reception. A cracking hotel, maybe the best we've ever stayed in. First class staff,food,rooms and location. Well done everyone at the Vanilla Garden.

Reviewed By lauraelizabeth2510Two couples between 25-31 - All Inclusive We absolutely loved this hotel! We could tell from the moment we walked in, we arrived at 11pm. The staff straight away greeted us with the loveliest welcome. They had put a little bit of a snack out for us. Then we were all handed a glass of pink champagne by Tomas. From that moment we just knew we were going to love it. The reception staff were lovely, making sure we knew everything we needed to know and even at that time they were still very cheerful. Rooms - We booked a standard room so was very surprised how spacious they were. The beds were big enough, lots of space. The balcony was a good size. Very clean rooms. Hairdryer in the bathroom, so don't need to take one. There were little kits in the bathroom which were good, as sometimes you forgot the obvious things ( razor&shaving cream, mending kit, shoe cleaner, toothbrush&toothpaste) as well as your obvious shampoo conditioners etc. If you need an iron you can collect from reception. Plenty of storage space in the rooms for clothes etc. Staff and Entertainment - All the staff couldnt do enough for everyone. ESPECIALLY Diego and Tomas! They really got to know everyone and you felt as if they really were your friends for the time you were there. They had different activities on every day at 3 different times and a real variation so everyone could be involved if you wanted. We even got a phonecall to the room from reception after a couple of days ensuring we had everything we needed and if they could be of any help.. There was some entertainment on every night. Cleaners kept rooms up to a good standard and a little chocolate each day for you. Location/Hotel- The location was in a good area , far enough from the nightlife that there wasn't music loudly all night but also close enough so you weren't walking for a long while if you wanted a night out of the hotel. Siam park was 5-10 minutes dependant on the route you take. Practically on the door step. A good few shops just outside the hotel and then not a massive walk to the bigger hotels. Beach a 10 minute walk, if that. Pools warm enough, small gym you can use SPACE with treatments if you like. Food - Plenty of options for all diet types and enough variation to change what you eat each night if needed and constantly stocked. The outside bar had things to make toasties throughout the day incase you get a little hungry between meal times free ice creams, lollies etc A hotel that is great for all age groups!! We were all gutted to be leaving and wish we could of stayed longer. We will 100% return in a heartbeat. Just an overall brilliant place to be. The staff obviously love their jobs and are trained very well. Please keep it up and dont change that friendly staff attitude and atmosphere!!!! We love Ole TROPICAL!!!!

Sadly, reminds me We’re back home Checked in at reception ( you can tell your holiday is just starting ) Receptionists are so welcoming and friendly, your offered a cold drink which Is much appreciated Hotel and rooms are lovely and clean, ( as always ) lovely morning smiles off the house keeping staff Breakfast in the morning has plenty of choice from the cold buffet, any hot food is cooked perfectly Looking over our Balcony 3rd floor, you would never tire of the fantastic sea views and the hotels perfect gardens and pool directly below The last time we sat at the Hotel Bar of an evening was 2020 I asked for one of my favourite drinks 2 Years later, and the barman Antonio remembered my cocktail, a perfect end to the night It maybe a 5 star hotel, which tells you the standard, however what makes this hotel so special is the staff, they are professional, friendly and nothing is too much trouble best hotel in Tenerife, The last 2 years for people in Tenerife would have been a hard battle to get through, a small island that relies mainly on tourists for their livelihood’s We wish you all at The Sir Anthony a successful future as things get back to normal. at last !!! Reviewed By hbissI am here on a family holiday, very disappointed with the food, poor quality and tasteless. No sun beds to be had after 8am. Staff friendly, however as a spainish speaker, I have heard several staff members swearing at guest in Spanish while smiling at them. The lifeguard on the pool, not paying any attention to the children’s pool, chatting to her colleagues for long periods. Would not recommend this hotel. Which is a shame, as the rooms were large spacious, comfortable and clean, lovely views. The evening entertainment is great fun for children, the staff working with the children are caring and fun.
