Historical Dwelling about XVII century with original ceiling frescoes by Berrettoni , “Italian gardens” sea view in Pesaro, the ideal place to relax reading a book in great calm and reserve. It's located on the hills surrounding Pesaro only 1 km far from the sea and 4 km from the historic centre. Swimming pool with hydromassage and sea view, mountain-bikes free.
We were REFUSED our stay in this villa because we have a one year old todler. On the booking website we used, there was no mention of any “kid policy” in the description of the stay, in fact, the venue appears FIRST with the “family friendly” filter. The staff was not apologetic at all, and even threaten to not give us our money back. In hinsight, I am grateful that we didnt stay at the villa, 3 days with such a despicable management would have been a nightmare. …Start by fixing the descrption of this hotel on Tripadvisor!

The Hotel Excelsior was born on the seafront of Pesaro and offers its guests a glamorous experience in 1950s style. A moment dedicated to good living and elegance, for leisure or business stays, among nature, art and taste. The Hotel Excelsior is a Boutique Hotel where every detail is taken care of. The conception of the spaces, the discreet colours, the large openings with sea view that collect the changing colours, the reference to the styles and taste of the sailing tradition, make the Excelsior a hotel where you can enjoy a stay of elegance, intimacy and relaxation.
We stayed at Hotel Excelsior 5 Pesaro in May 2022, following our wedding in Fossombrone. We wanted to stay at a seaside hotel in walking distance to restaurants and bars etc. This hotel did not disappoint... The staff on arrival were so lovely and couldn't be more helpful; including providing us with restaurant recommendations ad talking to us about the local area. The Room was so clean , well decorated and cleaned every day to perfection! The Lido and the restaurant on the beach became out favorite part of our stay. Being the beginning of the season the Lido was just opening and was still amazing, attentive service great drinks and the food was unbelievable. A shout out to Vincenzo who made amazing cocktails and made a real effort with all of his customers. We will be back ! - Thank you all for your unbelievable hospitality, you all went over and above and it made our trip all the more special. **Top Points** - Rooms - Spa - Lido - Restaurant - Staff Holly x

Hotel open all year round, on the seafront in Pesaro a few meters from the beach. Restaurant with 24h air disinfection system. Possibility to choose between the menu of the day and a la carte. Renovated hotel offers the formula hotel and the formula apartment. It has elegant and comfortable rooms of different types with all the amenities necessary for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. Air conditioning, telephone, safe, hair dryer, flat screen TV, free wi-fi in the room and common areas. Seasonal pool (mt. 7 x 3) and a solarium area with sunbeds. Parking on paid from june to september.
We spent three nights at Hotel Figaro during the Opera Festival. The hotel was a disappointment since it did not have a garden and the small pool was situated on the roof. Room was adequate and clean. Beach across the street. Breakfast was not good. The big advantage of this hotel is that the shuttle bus to the Arena stops right outside.

The hotel, just 20 meters from the sea and 300 meters from the center, welcomes its guests in elegant and comfortable, overlooking sea of Pesaro, with an atmosphere of cordiality and efficiency. Guests Start your day with a hearty breakfast buffet and relax or take a stroll in the wide sandy beach. Before dinner, we recommend treating yourself to a colorful and refreshing drink on the premises that characterize the coastal zone or the suggestive the port, where you can admire the wonderful sunsets, with the and the sun going down behind the hills overlooking the Sea Park Nature of San Bartolo.
The Rossini had good reviews online so we booked a ten day stay. We were not disappointed. From the moment we walked through the door we were made to feel welcome. The receptionist found our reservation quickly and directed us to our room, a junior suite on the second floor. This was spotlessly clean with a fridge, plenty of space to store our clothes, a tiny balcony with space to hang beach towels, and a comfortable bed with memory foam pillows. The bathroom was clean and everything worked. The sound insulation was amazing: the street outside is actually quite noisy, with people shouting and cars honking at all hours of the night, but with the windows shut you don’t hear a thing. There were separate air conditioning units in the bedroom and sitting room so that the temperature of each could be controlled independently. There is a private beach directly across the road from the hotel; if you want a package including beach access, check with the hotel. Breakfast was satisfactory by international standards but excellent by Italian ones: a selection of hot and cold food served to your table complemented by a buffet with yoghurt, fruit, and hot and cold drinks. The hotel also offers lunch and dinner, but this is clearly not their core business; my husband described dinner succinctly with the two words ‘perfectly adequate’. There are several better places to eat in the immediate neighbourhood. When it comes to their core business of giving you a warm welcome and a good night’s sleep, they perform very well indeed.

THE ALEXANDER MUSEUM PALACE HOTEL A large unique bouquet hotel with 63 rooms spread over nine floors, all with sea views (50 with balconies). This hotel has been designed by 75 artists over 4 years to the highest of standards, it is really without exception. Further, another 25 artists, all famous names, have been involved in the designing of this esquisite hotel. Arnaldo Pomodoro, Enzo Cucchi, Sandro Chia, Mimmo Paladino, Gino Marotta and Simon Benetton are a few of the talented artists we have used to create this exhibition of art and design which is displayed over 3 floors of communal space, the hallway, the salon and the restaurants. Not only is the hotel beautiful but where it is situated; on the coastal road of Pesaro just in front of the sea. We have a beautiful mosaiced bottomed swimming pool which is practically on the sea literally footsteps away,– all this and a stupendous panoramamic view of the bay. Naturally, as befitting a hotel of this level, all the modern conviences are available in all rooms; such as air conditioning, a mini bar, a personal safe, LCD TV with satellite TV, direct-dial telephones and internet access. Throughout the hotel there are music and wireless internet access available for our guests. There are three restuarants: on the ground floor the ‘Manico – Mio’, innovative, informal and indescrible! The second restaurant, set on an authochthous beach, serving local authentic cusine is named the ‘Le Taverne Dell’arte’ (the Art Tavern). The third is the ‘Roof Garden’ on the roof terrace allows our guests to dine while enjoying the breathtaking scenery! And there is more! For the enjoyment of our guests there is an area for the showing and exhibiting of art. The hotel also has ample parking in the large garage and bicycle parking reserved for guests. Plus, direct entrance onto the exclusive beach. Under a reciprocal agreement, guests of the Alexander Musuem Palace Hotel may use the swimming pools, sauna and gyms of the other hotels in the VIP HOTELS group free of charge.
I'm struggling to give this hotel a 'very good' rating but it warrants no less as the food is downright excellent and compensates greatly for the negative aspects. The hotel is on the seaside. One passes through the pool area, down a few steps and you are right on the beach. The owning couple (in their 70's) are downright arrogant and presumptuous. My initial experience was upon check-in when the "lady" of the house instructed the receptionist to tell me that we could not view another room as they would then have to 'sanitize' given the Covid guidelines. I consequently simply peeped into the alternative room and went back downstairs and said we'd take the room they had first offered. In less than 15 mins later, I showed the receptionist a picture I took of the cracked WC seat that was in our room and wanted to ask him to ask his boss to review their "sanitizing" as it had not apparently been very thorough in our room. I let it go and, to be fair, they sent their maintenance guy to change the seat the next day. The first evening, my wife and I had been guided to a lovely big round table and were enjoying our first course when the "lady", her husband (very obviously a lover of contemporary art) and son/daughter/grandchildren all arrived at the next table. The owner, proceeded to query in a loud voice his grandchildren about their school etc etc. The children's father was very polite and did his best to tone things down but the owners managed to spoil my dinner which was, purely from a culinary point of view, excellent. The next morning I asked the waiter to move us to the other extreme angle of the dining room to be a long way from the thoughtless owners. That worked until a couple of evenings later, the owner decided to use the dining room/pool area to host a weeding party. The hotel guests were regaled to the basement area. Given the excellent food quality, that would not have been a problem but dammit the 'lover of art' had invited a local group of about thirty-thirty-five people and we had to spend the first half of our meal in the company of loudspeakers and the second half, again listening to 'his lordship' welcome his chosen private guests into the space which had been allocated to his PAYING hotel guests for their PAID dinner. The rooms are cleverly 'arty'. in need now of a redecoration and inter-room sound-proofing as one hears one's neighbor snore. Keep the cook :-)

The "Vittoria" hotel, a fine building in "Belle Epoque" style, set in the main square of the town, in front of the sea, has been fully modernized whilst retaining that air of grace and refined elegance which has long made it a fascinating element of Pesaro's social and cultural life. The "Vittoria" Hotel, in fact, has for more than ninety years played host to the leading figures of the political, artistic, economic and aristocratic world, and has been the scene of countless important ceremonies, celebration and business. The hotel's central position, peaceful surroundings, luxurious furnishings, with authentic period pieces, high level of modern comfort and services and wide range of leisure facilities all qualify the "Vittoria" as a truly first class establishment.
Although a little tired around the edges - this hotel in its day must have been one of the best in town It is a little faded, but clean, good décor, great breakfast and nice staff However a little too pricey for what you get and the current standard

Very reasonable price per night made us wonder about the quality here, but we need not have worried: The fabric of the building dates it to the 1960's, but once in the rooms, they are clean comfortable and re-furbished, with efficient air conditioning. There is a very small safe in the wall of the room, sufficient only for wallets and passports. The bathroom and shower were fine and a bonus was finding we had a balcony that gave a sea view between the buildings opposite. From the hotel it is only a few minutes walk to the sandy beach, although they are all 'pay' beaches in the immediate vicinity. Breakfast is very adequate at the Promenade, and we can recommend staying there.

The farm Badia is the passion for horses and nature. Result of the restoration of a house 800 in the countryside. Ideal for those who like to relax in the quiet hills or for those wishing to spend the day at the beach. Excellent starting point for visiting the many villages and the beauties of the region "Marche".
We were a bit disappointed about our stay here. Yes, the owner was really friendly and the house was at a beautiful location in the hills. Unfortunately, our room was really noisy, we heard everything from the bathroom in the room next to ours, so much that we were woken up multiple times during the night. We stayed for 3 nights, and slept really bad each night. It's surprising that this was not mentioned in the reviews before. The bathroom could use a good cleaning, they clearly forgot to clean the sink and faucet, the mirror was also dirty. The room was basic but not too small. I had the feeling there was not much attention for the covid situation. Except for some bottles of disinfection, almost no one was wearing a mask, not even the owner herself. This gave me an uncomfortable feeling. Apart from that, the bed was good, the swimming pool was nice (salty water). Breakfast was good, but not as it looks in the pictures (I guess because of covid). There was a ranch on the same domain, which was nice. Overall: it was okay, but I would not come back.

We been here twice, last year was a very good experience in this hotel. But this year big regrets of choosing all inclusive for the meal, breakfast is very same like last year, but lunch and dinner was terrible, they have this fish polpetta which is pure flour!antipasta is more of fried frozen foods!primo is a waste of pasta!and main course?super low quality of food.Drinks in the refill station refillable wines is a bad idea!not like last year u can have the bottle the if you can finish it you are sure that no headaches when you wake up in the morning!but the one that they have now the refillable wine i end waking in the morning with bad headache. The rooms and hotel are still very good.
