Reviewed By sebsk4I have had a horrible experience at the Provincial. It is an old and tired hotel. Hot water is limited. Neither towels nor shampoo at rooms, you have to request them. Breakafst is awful. Stay away from this scratch, please.

A bit far from standards
Reviewed By Diego KHotel is not entirely bad. Rooms are kind of ok. But that's about it. It might even be the best option in Parana, no argue with that. But bath tubs have bath curtains, furnitire is not in optimal form, and TVs in bedrooms are too small! Ridiculously small. There is no room service after midnight, breakfast service is near to awful, and bathrooms in the lobby are closed at night, just because they don't have personal to clean them . Service at the restaurant is not even near standards. At breakfast there is no one at all, not even to clean used tables. They really need to improve on service.

Reviewed By Santiago ZThis is an old hotel that has been partially remodeled. The best of all is the location, in front of the main square of Parana. You may go walking to the important places you need to vist. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, wi-fi goes on and off. They have a limited area for parkinng, so if you arrive at the evening, you will have to park outside the hotel, in a private parking. Breakfast is absolutely basic. If you´re not planning to stay all day long and enjoy it, it´s ok.

Reviewed By Gene JMy wife and I stayed 3 nights with a Booking.com reservation. After arriving on the 10:15 AM bus from Santa Fe, we taxied(60 Ap) 2.3 km west to this hotel. The Spanish speaking receptionist entered our passports before escorting us to choose from 3 rooms. Discovering our Booking room was on the ground floor, in the garage and without a window, we chose the higher rate # B. This large, tiled 1st floor room had a fully outfitted kitchen, table and 2 chairs, a twin(we used for storage), then a comfortable queen with 2 nightstands, and wall TV (no English). Sliding glass doors opened to a small balcony over a noisy one lane street. To the side of the kitchen was a fully outfitted bathroom with a small slippery tub with shower. Our last day, we moved to quieter #F, a one bed apartment in the back. We had good secure wifi, quiet efficient AC, and a 7AM breakfast buffet; fresh OJ, breads, cheese, ham, magdalenas, and coffee with hot milk. We walked 450 meters southwest to the large Coto supermarket, took pedestrian San Martin 650 meters north to the main Plaza 1 de Mayo, then further to the Costanero. In our opinion, this 12 room hotel offers good location and value.

Could not stay in the hotel
Reviewed By HmopsI got to the hotel and was received by a grumpy man who showed us to our room. I went with my wife and 2 ids (6 & 3) and the room they wanted to give me had the main bed in an upper level and you had to go up though a ladder. Also the room was really noisy because it was at the street level and in the front of the hotel (had a window directly to the street, were there were buses, cars and motorcycles), and the door to the room was in front of the front desk. Non of this was told to me when I made the reservation. I was there because of a friend recomentatio who obiously had better luck with the rooms. The matter was set when the man in the "front desk" saw my face and told me "you can go and look somewere else if you want" instead of trying to help me in some way Of course I left the hotel and do not plan to go there again.

Reviewed By Javier RUnfriendly front desk staff who only wanted to advise that credit cards were not working. Broken furniture. Dark lobby. Dying plants. Most rooms are dark, with no windows, humid, with old furniture, a pc tiny monitor instead of tv.

Atendido por sus dueños, el más cálido recibimiento.. ¡Super recomendable para quienes buscan un lugar lindo, seguro, tranquilo para hospedarse!
