We stayed in room 4107 overlooking entrance, very good, no problem with noise and good side sea view. All aspects of the holiday were perfect, staff so good, food excellent, accommodation, cleanliness excellent. I could go on extolling all the positives but I will just say you will find it difficult to fault this hotel

A sincere welcome awaits at Annabelle, a family-run oasis set within six acres of lush gardens on Paphos' Mediterranean sea front. Cool, peaceful interiors, understated design and warm, caring service combined with 5 star luxury to create a distinct atmosphere of unpretentious elegance. Four restaurants and five bars showcase seasonal produce, delicate local wines and traditional Cypriot charm, with live music almost every night of the week. Glittering waterfalls reflect the tantalising blue of the Mediterranean; swaying palms slow life to a blissful pace and languid days roll into leisurely nights with impeccable ease... Welcome to Annabelle: luxury for the soul.
This is a beautiful hotel, situated close to the harbour and shops in Paphos. Three beautiful pools with plenty of sun beds and several restaurants - due to events that occurred during our stay we only used the main Fontana buffet restaurant but the food was fresh, good quality, tasty and varied. However, what really sets this hotel apart from any we have stayed at is it’s team of fabulous staff. My husband had to be hospitalised during our stay, and it was here that the staff really shone - I was supported every step of the way with practical help and advice but far more importantly emotional support and reassurance whenever I was struggling - every member of staff really cared, even the lovely doorman who went out of his way to give me some magazines to take to my husband in hospital - so thoughtful. Special mentions here to Marilena, Chrystylla and Valentina, Andreas in the dining room, Nikki and the Reception team, our lovely housekeeper who phoned for help when it was needed and Megan the duty manager who sat with me on my birthday when I was struggling - Megan you and your fabulous team helped more than you will know and I’m so grateful to you. So, if you want a gorgeous hotel in a perfect location, with lovely staff who will go that extra mile then this is the place for you - I really can’t recommend it highly enough. The only slight downside is the rooms in the Apollo wing are quite close to a loud bar which plays loud music till late. However, I think if we had been able to enjoy the nightlife as we usually do when away we probably wouldn’t have noticed it.

Welcome to the world of the Leonardo Laura Beach & Splash Resort , an oasis of tranquility and relaxation on the South coast of Cyprus, in Paphos. The Hotel is situated on the sea front of Paphos, a few kilometers from Paphos city centre. The Hotel is one of the few Paphos hotels with a west-facing outlook that provides guests with a sublime view of blazing indescribable sunsets. Amongst several other Paphos Hotels, Leonardo Laura Beach & Splash Resort, is a leading Hotel which can meet the needs of all travelers--families, couples and business people. During the winter period 17/18 the hotel has gone through major renovations in the public areas and guests' rooms and many more amazing additions. The Splash water park which is one of the biggest water park situated within a hotel's ground. Moreover, all restaurants and bars have been renovated giving them a modern look with frameless windows for the amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea.
We've just returned from Laura Beach after a fabulous 10 day stay. We arrived late due to flight delays but check in was still fast and efficient. We were offered a drink in the bar (even though the A/I times had finished) and a sandwich, though the sandwich wasn't great. We had 2 interconnecting rooms, though if you closed either of the interconnecting doors, they locked and could only be re-opened by hotel staff, which we found a little odd. The rooms themselves though were lovely. Modern, clean and with beautiful sea views. Both had balconies, fridges, safes and air con. One had a bath with overhead shower and the other a walk-in shower. Food in the restaurants for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner was buffet style with plenty of choice. We found Breakfast a bit repetitive but I guess there is only so much you can do with this meal. The snack bars are open from 10.30am-5.30pm and offer some great food. Freshly cooked pizza's and pasta in the Italian along with baguettes and salads. The snack bar by the pool we used, near the water park, served kebabs, chips, burgers and hot dogs. All of which were lovely and in ample supply, great for the kids! There is also a swim up pool bar serving soft and alcoholic drinks, included cocktails, which are all included. The only downside to this bar is, that although it is a swim-up pool bar, you are not allowed to drink in the pool. The lifeguards will let you stand in the pool and and drink at the bar, but not any further away or on the side of the pool next to the bar! Most pool bars have stools in the water for people to sit and and enjoy a drink. Seems a little odd and most people don't really understand the rule which the lifeguards seem to spend most of their time upholding, when their time would be better spent watching people in the pool. The staff at the hotel are brilliant. The bar staff were lovely and always had a smile on their faces, despite working some long hours. Zoltan & Nicoletta were particularly great. The housekeeper that cleaned our room each day, Galina, was also lovely and did a great job. You can get a bus from just outside the hotel to Pathos harbour for 1.50 Euros, which takes about 15/20 mins. Be warned though, they still require you to wear a facemask, despite restrictions apparently being dropped. We were refused entry on 2 different occasions as some people in our group did not have a mask. Overall, this is a brilliant hotel and well worth staying at on an all-inclusive basis. The best bits: The staff Great selection of food and drinks English plug sockets in bedrooms (no need for adaptors!) some of which have USB ports for phone charging The worst bits: A swim-up pool bar but you're not allowed to drink in the pool! 90 Euro's for a late check-out (6pm) felt excessive

The Avlida Hotel in Pafos, Cyprus is a 4 * Resort combing luxury with affordability. It's spacious 200 rooms have been renovated in 2019, now offering smart, internet-enabled HD TVs, powerful rain showers and free, ultra-fast WiFi. Its excellent hospitality provides the perfect setting for an enjoyable holiday. Featuring two outdoor pools, two restaurants, two bars, a spa and a huge conference, the Avlida is ideal for couples, families and friends. With a number of facilities around it, including bus stops, bars, restaurants, shops, taverns, pubs, Cyprus' largest mall, and other entertainment venues, it's location is prime. The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Tombs of the Kings lies between the Avlida and the sea, which is only 250m away, allowing breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The Harbour area, with its exciting nightlife, excellent dining venues and Medieval Castle, is only 1.5km away. Even closer, the Old Market, with its chique shops, cafes and walkways, is only 1km away.
Stayed here in June with my mum, bed and breakfast. Done my research before staying on the Hotels location, yes it’s not near the harbour, however there is a bus stop right out side the hotel. For €5 a day you can get around the whole of Paphos. 10 mins one way to the harbour, and 20 minutes to coral beach which is an amazing beach. (If you do want a closer beach one near the Venus beach hotel which is 10 mins walk however not as nice) We was first checked in by Luiz, (arrived 2am) he was so lovely and friendly and remained this throughout the holiday. Paitence is also someone else who works on reception and was lovely and honest. Breakfast is okay, standard for what you pay for. We did book a sea view room, you can only see a little bit of the sea more pool, but we didn’t mind this. rooms are cleaned every day to a good standard so can’t complain, you can hear a little noise from neighbouring rooms however we expect this from other holiday makers but wasn’t too loud or a problem. Two pools, one main one and one on the upper deck, lots of sun beds so didn’t have to fight once for one. Bar manager George made us feel really welcome and is friendly, if you did have a problem then he would be more than happy to listen and sort it out. He makes great cocktails, and would make you feel comfortable, defo a 5 star. Overall, I would say it’s a 4 star hotel, clean rooms, get what you pay for, staff are lovely I really can’t complain, Defiantely would come back.

A wonderfully welcoming, 4-star luxury hotel in Paphos, Cyprus, boasting an environment which is devoid of the anxiety associated with everyday life. Our facilities are the perfect setting to reconnect with loved ones, enhance personal relationships and give yourself some much-deserved peace of mind. What truly sets us apart however, is our strong commitment to personal service. Here, we all make the time to notice you, to hear you, to respect you, to understand you and to comfort you. I checked out reviews before we went and they were all really first class and it definitely did not disappoint. We arrived late at night and they had chocolates, and Prosecco when we arrived. Our room had double bedroom, sitting room and kitchen. We were all inclusive but because it was so late when we arrived, they had a sandwich and fruit in the fridge. There are 3 pools you can use and one in the spa. All of them are great. You get pool service they bring it to you - Pina Coladas, other cocktails and soft drinks. The food was amazing. 3 meals a day and snacks, sandwiches and pizza. The dining room staff were respectful and lovely. The Maitre D Silvio was lovely to everyone and went the extra mile. You can also take the hotel taxi into the harbour 4 times a day or to the Mall. The driver Sergios comes back and picks you up -all free. They had singer, or guitarist, pianist at night but fairly quiet in evenings. We went into town - 10 minute walk - to BAYWATCH sports bar watched sports and the music was great. We did not go to the beach but again 15 minute walk. Some folk took local bus to other beaches. The going rate for taxis is about 10 euros. The TUI rep was there every day. We will definitely go back it was great. I would also do all inclusive again it saves a fortune.

The hotel has a range of different room types, all to accommodate your needs. To really indulge yourself you can book a swim-up room where you have the pool a few steps away from your bed, outside on your terrace. The hotel offers two pool areas with water slides, sun loungers and parasols. The children can enjoy the water slides in the splash park while you can lie down on a sun lounger with a refreshing drink from one of the pool bars. The hotel has activities for all.
Really enjoyed our stay. Here for a Wedding. Hotel & location are great. Comfy beds & airy rooms. Delicious food. Special thanks to chef Stellios & his team especially Zacharoula & Maria for the yummy desserts. Manager Mario took care of our needs as did all the staff. Always very helpful & polite . Lots to do for people with young families . even a mini disco every nught. Only niggle is that the pool towels come from the Spa & it only opens at 10 am..little late for early risers. One pool bar opens at 10am the other at 11am..again little late for people with families. Enjoyed the pools & entertainment with Aislin & all the Animation team... All in all a great holiday. Thank you Geri & Angelo Martinoli

Stylish hotel, with a feeling of luxury inside and out. Beautiful pools, plenty of options for eating in or out, with the walkway to the harbour and local restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Staff go the extra mile and nothing was too much trouble for them. We tried the spa, also excellent.

The resort is nice and the people working there are extremely friendly and professional. The food is ok and there are spaces for adults only. There is no direct access to the sea and the internal restaurants are usually fully booked. We have a family room which is spacious and nice but in the evening from 10pm extremely loud due to the show. The kids cannot sleep and we are very disappointed (the lady at the reception proposed us a superior room but has less space and costs more…). So if you want to sleep before 11pm and have kids, avoid all the family rooms on the left side of the hotel…

My wife and I stayed at the beautiful Athena Beach Hotel (Paphos), for seven nights during the last week of May ’22. We flew with Jet-2 Holidays (half-board basis in Classic Room). We can confirm the accuracy of Trip Advisor reviews as this is a fabulous hotel with excellent staff. Front desk, restaurants, swimming pools and cleaning services were top class, while friendliness, approachability and attention to detail were exceptional. The hotel food is excellent and varied and the staff are extremely courteous and helpful. We ate breakfast in the Atrium and Ledra restaurants (the latter open until 11 am every morning). We enjoyed the buffet-style dinner in the Atrium where the fare caters for every conceivable taste, in tandem with some wonderful entertainment. During one barbecue we were thrilled by the Greek-Cypriot dancing, music and singing! We also had some snacks at other poolside locations, including the excellent ‘Adonis’ restaurant. Wireless internet was free and excellent, while we also benefited from a (free) safe deposit box in our spacious room. Although there are a couple of small supermarkets five minutes’ walk from the front door of the hotel, most of your requirements will be met by the hotel shop located beside the Atrium restaurant. The shop (with a variety of very reasonably priced items) is open until quite late in the evening and is run by exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Fifteen minutes’ walk from the hotel, adjacent to Neapolis University (and opposite Veronica Hotel), we located an excellent (reasonably priced) self-service laundry called ‘5-Stars Laundry.’ The business is owned and operated by a marvellously helpful couple called Gina and Octavo. Although we spent most of our time around the pool and beach area, we visited the harbour area on a few occasions and found it relaxing and reasonably priced. Areas of concern: We were located on the third floor (Room 383) facing the road. At night the noise was considerable and certainly wouldn’t be suitable for a family with young children. On a few occasions we saw four different stray cats in the Zephyr restaurant area. We believe that the feline presence does nothing to enhance the culinary experience. Overall, the Athena Beach Hotel is a gem that we would highly recommend to all travellers!
