Very good hotel with good service at the reception and breakfast buffet. I didn't try the restaurant but it looks good. The hotel was very busy and completely full one night, but there was always enough on the breakfast buffet and the tables were cleaned quickly and there was enough space to have a comfortable and good breakfast every time. I would love to come again... On value for money I would deduct two points as two nights were charged at around 2000 CZK and one night at 2800 CZK, but that was because the hotel was fully booked on that one night. It is understandable for me, but the price difference for the same service in the same room as the other nights, that could be solved better.

The front desk staff at this hotel spoke very good English and was very helpful with any question. The hotel appears clean and contemporary and the room was quite large with tall ceilings and big windows - larger than many hotel rooms in the U.S. The area was quiet and right along a tram route for easy access to city locations. It is also a short walk to the historic city center and many of the monuments, museums, and religious buildings. About 10 minutes walk are also a few shopping centers that are similar to four-story malls. Grocery items, cafes, and many other stores can be found in these centers. The breakfast is fantastic! Included in the room rate, it is worth visiting. Healthy options like oatmeal and dried fruits along with hard boiled eggs, meats, cheeses, and pastries are among some of the choices. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel is just amazing. You are welcomed by nice lady at the reception who makes the small tour around the hotel including amazing restaurant. The room is designed as modern clean room, very cozy and luxurious. I had massage in the spa - can only recommend. The main lowlight is the position of the hotel - it is close to the bus terminal which can be both convenient but also not nice surrounding.

Luxurious and welcoming hotel in the historical centre of Olomouc. It was built on the site of a burgher house from 14th century. The hotel is fully NON-SMOKING with wheelchair access. All rooms have individually controlled air-conditioning or heating and equipped with satellite LED TV, WIFI and safe free of charge.Delicious cuisine and selection of wines from Moravia in the restaurant.
I would give this hotel 5 stars for loveliness, cleanliness, location and service but have to give it a 3 or even a 2 for noise. The noise is not from the hotel but the sidewalk out front. There are bar/restaurants on the street and when we were there people (mostly young) gathered on the sidewalk and talked and laughed literally all night. We got very little sleep. After that night I realized why there were packages of ear plugs in the bathroom. Otherwise, hotel location is perfect---just around the corner from old town. The top floor rooms have one small dormer window and slanted ceilings, so if you are claustrophobic you probably don't want one of those.

A hotel that also includes a boarding house is located on the hill that dominates the city's main squares next to the church. The receptionist knew English, was kind and professional The hotel has a spa that we have not tried The rooms in the boarding house are large, spacious, carefully designed and no doubt recently renovated, in one of the rooms the bed was electrically adjustable The bathroom has a large shower, a sink with a wide surface. The towels have seen better days, obviously not new In the TV room, coffee set, small refrigerator, desk that can be used for working with a computer, radiator for heating, there was no air conditioning, but during the visit was also not necessary. There is a facility for placing a suitcase, a wardrobe and also a seating area with 2 designed armchairs. The room has many electrical sockets scattered everywhere and allow charging of electrical appliances: cell phone, computer, toothbrush The room has excellent and non-dim lighting, near the bed a switch that allows general shutdown and also communication sockets But, when the general light is turned off, the sockets disconnect and so in fact at night the electrical equipment is not charged, I found that the socket in the bath does not disconnect At the bedside there is no side dresser and no personal reading lighting Those arriving by car should note that the navigation apps lead to the wrong location. Enter the church next to the hotel as an address and navigate accordingly. We tried to get help from the police at the police station located about 300 m as the crow flies from the hotel, but they could not explain how to get to the address that appears on the website, we spent a lot of time finding the place. The hotel has close, spacious and inexpensive private parking A good breakfast is served at the hotel in a decorated dining room

Stayed here while visiting the Czech Republic and the World Juniors in Ostrava. We stayed in the top apartment, (the one in the picture) which included a small bathroom, two rooms for entertaining, a basic kitchenette and two balconies with great views of the city. Room was quiet, other than the church bells next door. Breakfast was simple and basic yet fit the bill for one who is travelling. Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Provided access to the old part of the city as well and the main train station. Good place to stay!

Modern, clean, stylish hotel with free parking. The receptionist, a really friendly and competent young blonde girl, told us where to park in Olomouc in a private car park a little cheaper than the city hall parking meters. She also recommended a great restaurant near the clock for dinner.

Small hotel situated in the historic centre of Olomouc. We offer single rooms, double rooms, studios with kitchen and attic apartments. Our prices are affordable and our rooms offer a pleasant stay. We offer short-term and long-term accommodation.
Staff in this modest little hotel speak no English (booking was fun...) and the whole feeling is very much of truly being in the Czech Republic, not in some tourist trap. Not far from the centre. I felt I was back in the kind of European family hotel we used to stay in in the 1970s - in the best sense. No breakfast.
