A clean, organised hostel, but very expensive
Reviewed By armrestdominanceIt's a very clean, well organised hostel with good facilities and is a good location for school groups or families looking to keep their budget down. The hostel itself isn't brilliantly located if you want to use it as a base as it's a 10-15 minute walk from the train station and there's not much in Nyon of interest anyway. We only stayed as there was nothing affordable in Geneva. The hostel is perfectly clean, our room was huge and comfortable and the shower was nice. We had a balcony. Breakfast in the morning was ok, bread with jams and honey, tea/coffee and juices, cereal. Apples, but no meats, cheese or eggs. The major downsides were the traffic noise outside our window and the fact the rooms are really expensive for what they are.

In addition, there is a super-king sized bed, 40” Internet HDTV, rain shower, extra storage for clothes& bags, ironing board & iron and a safe.

Unexpected visit to Switzerland
Reviewed By Olivia6250After having a bad traffic accident on the way to Italy we found ourselves trapped in Switzerland for 3 days . The police booked us into this little gem of a hotel and we were overwhelmed with how sympathetic and helpful all the staff were ! They helped to make a dreadful situation much better and we are forever grateful. This hotel is situated in a great position for the beautiful lake and shops . We highly recommend this hotel because of the fantastic staff .

Reviewed By adam cThis is a superb hotel, spotless, well appointed and the staff are brilliant, they cannot do enough for you. I stayed on a business trip and anything I needed, they got for me, even on a Sunday night. I stayed in room 37 and was so impressed by the view and size, I will request it again. Great breakfast and super service. Centrally located, 4 minutes walk from the station, in the beautiful old town of Nyon. I honestly hope you try it, you will not be disappointed

Reviewed By YukuhnkuhnNot the first time and definitely not the last. Being it the location in the center of Nyon, the rooms, the restaurant (unbelievable tasty food) everything was perfect!!! But the jewel of the crown was the personnel of the hotel (our little one fell on the floor in the restaurant and they were all very preoccupied and helped us cure him). A special mention for Beatrice who was very professional, very nice with us and especially with the kids!! To everyone in the hotel THANK YOU!!

Reviewed By CALLIS1Stayed in a standard room and as expected, not very spacious but I was not dissapointed in this regard. Clean and well kept. Good choice of UK TV stations. Breakfast was a little sparce in available choices. Nice check in and check out experience with a helpful lady working at the reception. Didnt try the restaurant for lunch or dinner but is was extremely busy which isan obvious good sign. Good for a short stay business trip.

But above all, the crew makes you feel like home. For instance, Margaret, Ricardo and Eliane treat me like good old friends. This is a must-go hotel, mostly in these uncertain times.

Reviewed By 505andrewc505A one night stay in this traditional style hotel, bed was firm and comfy and bathroom modern and clean. Continental breakfast was good too and food of a good quality. No faults for me in this very nice quiet town in a stunning location on Lake Geneva.

Poor service and maintenence
Reviewed By FL TWe stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The shower in the bathroom was not what we expected. Although we had a spacious bathroom, the water temperature of the shower was completely unpredictable, it would change temperature from optimal to scalding and then cold within seconds. We complained about this to the hotel on 2 separate days, but it remained the same. The room was also not cleaned until the late afternoon (after 3 pm). On two separate occasions, there was no complimentary water until we called. Really not what we had expected.

2 Night Stay over Christmas
Reviewed By carolinec924Courteous Staff, Clean and Spacious Rooms, Relaxing White Atmosphere, Super Comfortable Beds, Luminous Breakfast area and generous buffet, convenient parking garage and great highway access. Missing a closet for clothes in event for a longer vacation but perfect for short stays. This was probably an understandable management choice for a brighter more open room. I would absolutely recommend and will return. Thank you !
