Reviewed By andrey157Pros: -Very scenic views of the bay and beach, surrounded by majestic green hills -beachfront villas are spacious with large second floor terrace, decent size pool and access direct to the beach -we were assigned a dedicated representative (Tony) who was good and helped us arrange activities , and assisted with requests, provided helpful information -Food was great - seafood grill night and seafood hotpot were the highlights. Also recommend stopping by the ice cream stall! -private Photographer that hotel helped arrange was professional Cons: -Hilltop villa - we were very surprised to find out that there is no buggy or bycicle access to the villa, walk was very steep - would not recommend it, luckily managed to change to beachfront villa -Service - overall service can be improved - attentiveness and service level on the beach area and during meal times in particular (for example 30 mins on beach and staff didn’t approach to offer water or towel) -Beach is less swimable in the afternoon, quite a few mosquitos

I especially liked the balcony which had comfy chairs and a lovely view. The staff were all extremely eager to ensure the trip would exceed expectations, which it did. The breakfast was varied and really delicious. We also ate at the restaurant every night and it was reasonably priced and also delicious. While there were several other restaurants off the property, we just liked to quality and convenience of the restaurant, which overlooked the ocean. it has a spectacular view.

Reviewed By Ian HWe stayed 13 nights on our fifth visit to the resort. The resort is situated in its own private bay. Even with all villas occupied we were treated like we were the only guests. The resort is so spacious and well laid out that it never feels crowded. The staff is what makes the resort so special - attentive without being intrusive and genuinely interested in your well being. Although western food is available, their Vietnamese cuisine is excellent being based on freshly caught seafood and vegetables from their organic garden.

Especially Mr Truong - our butler. He is very cute, takes good care of us and always has a smile on his face. The staff named Thien is also very enthusiastic when trekking with us into the stream. This place really makes us remember forever. The only minus point is that the driver drove us from the airport to the resort, he drove quite fast. You need to fix this problem. I will come back and recommend to my friends.

Thought it was an "off weekend" & made the mistake of planning a return trip - a second chance. For the second trip: I verified through their messenger account attached to their website, that pets are allowed. I then made a non-refundable reservation. I was then told that pets were not allowed after all. Management is non-responsive to my travel agent's attempt to clear this up. If you'd like a smooth check-in process, with competent staff, & no nasty expensive surprises, avoid this property. Sometimes things are 'too cheap' to really provide a quality experience. Places like this need the "beer goggles" to get good reviews.

Di giorno lascia senza parole per la sua bellezza e di notte sembra magico. È uno dei posti più belli in cui io abbia dormito durante i miei viaggi. È il posto perfetto per chi ama la natura e non vuole rinunciare alle coccole. Il personale è dolcissimo, sempre a vostra disposizione per trovare ogni soluzione alle vostre esigenze. Molto vicino a tutte le attrazioni del luogo, ma quando siete dentro vi sembrerà di essere in una bolla di bellezza, tra la natura del Vietnam. L’ultima sera le piccole rane sono venute a darmi un saluto e mi hanno fatto sorridere, e insieme ai grilli e alle cicale mi hanno regalato un concerto di suoni che mi hanno riempito il cuore di gioia, ogni sera è così, ma per me è stato come un regalo di addio. Oggi andrò via e sono triste, vorrei restare qui ancora a lungo, coccolata dal Muong Village e dai suoi piccoli animali. Bello…bellissimo!!
