I was there a few weeks ago. My visit was great. Luther the waiter gave great service. There was a host whom name I forgot was great also. He was a great help with our bags up front. Wish it was all inclusive. That's why I gave it a 4 out of 5. C'mon Margaritaville!!! Make it happen.

We really loved Breezes. The resort is beautiful and the staff are wonderful. Special shout-out to Fontasia! She was very nice and kept us supplied with lots of drinks (and snacks) at the cabana. My parents called her the food angel because she checked in on us hourly and always had something nice for us.

Rooms were clean, staff and location was great but amenities were average and in some cases unsatisfactory. We booked 2 rooms and Wifi did not work in one of the rooms even after attempting on 4 separate devices. The pool was okay but could have used some cleaning. Be careful on the painted wooden deck and walkways, they can be slippery when wet. So wear appropriate non skid footwear. Overall, great value for the price but small improvements are needed.

The property features 30 rooms and suites, exclusive private beach access, six rental apartments, two restaurants, a cafe, wine market, art house cinema, lap pool, movement studio, squash courts, The Outpost our flexible workspace and a Bamford Spa.
When I thought of booking a hotel in the Bahamas, I thought, "it must be on the beach." Not quite true in the case of this lovely little gem. What it lacks in being oceanfront it makes up in its style, great people, high quality food and drinks, and the awesome service to the private beach. That beach though... perfect white sand and clear water inside a private residential community. The food there wasn't the greatest, but it was a day well spent. If you want to get away, and don't want to be near all the activities of the capital, this place is perfect. It's far from Atlantis and mostly everything. Perfect for relaxing. The rooms were nicely appointed, clean, stylish, and the views out over the garden were tranquil. Wish I had time to enjoy the spa or the gym, but they have both and they looked very nice. On site restaurant (Asian, can't remember the name) was pretty good. And with a short taxi ride, you can visit other great little spots for dinner nearby.

Ocean West is a 10-room boutique hotel and is Nassau's newest luxury hotel and vacation rental superbly situated seventy feet above sea level with breathtaking views of Lake Killarney to the south and the Atlantic Ocean to the north. We are an exclusive resort with remote access only for our guests. This resort is located in the western district of New Providence.
My son and I just got back from staying at The Ocean West and all I have to say is that the staff are above and beyond amazing!! The manager had the best recommendations for where to go, the best advice, and was extremely knowledgeable. The hotel staff drives you to wherever you want to go and our favorite driver “Carlton” aka W was the coolest chick-a-tarian ever. Someday he’s going to be a famous comedian. I would like to say that we were the coolest guests they ever had and I know they will miss us very much. The hotel looks like Uncle Phil’s house in Bel Air so make sure you say hi to Carlton. We give them 5 stars.

Set on a hilltop overlooking the ocean, the hotel is 50 steps from a quiet sandy beach and the crystal-clear water of the Bahamas. Our 32-room hotel is the ideal place for a casual, relaxed vacation, where you will quickly be adopted by your new family and friends. Orange Hill is the perfect spot for a week-long family vacation, a long weekend away or an overnight stay before you travel to one of the Bahamian out-islands. Not to mention we are conveniently located only five minutes from Nassau International Airport and world class shopping, dining, sightseeing, touring and fishing are only a short bus or taxi ride away.
We stayed at OHB a few times years ago - always in transit to or from an out island. When I was planning our recent trip to San Salvador, I looked at all the reasonable choices for a one night stay not too far from the airport and, once again, nothing seemed to be as good an idea as Orange Hill. We were very pleasantly surprised at some updating and the state of the beautiful and impeccably maintained grounds. We were greeted like old friends by the very friendly manager, Brendan. Our unit (the pink cottage iA) was very clean, comfortable, quiet and well supplied. Although we did not need the kitchen, it was equipped so that one could do some self catering. I had asked in my reservation to borrow a hair dryer and there was one in the bathroom for me. The pool was sparkling clean and had fairly new loungers, with a covered setting area and some umbrellas for shade. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant ( baked snapper and lobster tail dinners with great sides of mac-n-cheese, plantains, coleslaw) and made use of the honor bar. Our lovely server, Sharlene, did an excellent job and also took good care of us the next day at lunch before we left for the airport. We had dinner with a couple we met in SS and enjoyed sitting in a table in the bar area where it was a small and cozy space right by a window facing the gardens and ocean. As others have said, if you want some American chain hotel with all the bells and whistles then perhaps this is not the place for you; however, if you want a family owned and operated charming little hotel with a wonderful view that exudes warmth and personal attention, then this is it!
