Reviewed By stgjGood room, good service. Terrible food. Kids club doesn’t work if there are only 3-4 kids. Need more schedule times in the morning for the bus. Got the smallest room and it has plenty space for a family of 4. Need to mention again: staff are amazing!

One of them presented me the rooftop pool and bar, which have an amazing view of the sea. Then, when I entered the room, I loved it. Totally aligned with the reviews in Tripadvisor and other platforms.

Worst place ever!

They even refused to help me when I gave the key to reception, and the reception are closed, late at night I call to ask the key and they refused to give me the key. I tried to call the police, unfortunatelly police was not around. I called again to the man, and after 1,5 hour in the streets, he agreed to give me the key! He screamed with me, he gave me moral lessons before finally give me the key! Totally desprepared to be host in anywhere! Place was small, dirty, and expensive for what have. Coffee break was poor with many many many flies. Totally disguting. WORST PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN IN THE WORLD!

Reviewed By davidK2354OVThis place is excellent they looked after us from the moment we arrived. Our room wasn’t ready so we got sent up to the bar had a few drinks until it was ready. There are two buildings one is at the sea front the other is street view but we had a spa bath and the view wasn’t bad at all. Good hearty breakfast really nice staff all greeted us and when the boat had no tickets left the receptionist NETE did everything she could to help us and to make sure we got home to the point of offering to go to the docks and messaging to make sure we were ok.

Gorgeous view, great location, but poor value for money
Reviewed By J6092BLlindatI stayed here for 2 nights in January. The location is fabulous, a short walk to the main square which has many restaurants and shops. And, no more than a 10-minute walk to the beaches and restaurants fronting them. Many of the rooms have lovely views. (Although this hotel is not appropriate for persons with disabilities - - there are many stairs). However, I feel the hotel is not well managed, and – at least during the first week of January - - offered poor value for money. The rooms cost more than $150 USD per night. Yet, the service was poor. Inexplicably, the room lacked the accoutrements that are common for hotel, such as a water glass and a chair. There is a hammock on the balcony, but no chair - - and not in the room either. I asked for a chair, which was not delivered the next afternoon. Moreover, the staff do not communicate with each other. I had breakfast in my room the first morning, and asked to have it delivered the second morning as well (I asked before I left for dinner). This was important because there were more than 75 stairs to my room (which was at the top). In the heat, I did not want to trek down and back up for breakfast. The desk clerk said this was no problem. I reminded a second person at the desk right when I returned from dinner. However, the next morning, no breakfast. I called to ask (around 30 minutes after it should have been delivered), and the desk clerk told me they were too busy. She did not apologize. I find the lack of service to be disappointing, especially given the price of the room. It is not priced as a guesthouse, but as a hotel. Yet, they have poor service. I would not stay here again.
