Reviewed By ΒΑΛΑ ΑWe had bought a dog food for to feed a dog near the beach anse canot.We left it out of our door,we went to the pool and to the way back after 30 minutes it wasn't there.I said it to a guy over there in the restaurant but they didn't found it.Chef and that guy told me tommorow to go to the reception desk.Next day we had check out.I asked again and they told me maybe a dog took it.But we also had fried chicken in a box so the dog will get that food first of course.Second if it was a thief or something first he would take the masks and all the equipments for diving and not the dog food.Previous days we were feeding some cats from our food,and we thought that cleaners didn't want the cats around and so they took the food for not to feed them.I had paid for that,it was my property and from that point i changed all my mind for this hotel.The only good thing was the young guy as i said before,who tried to help us even if he doesn't speak so good english.

Reviewed By Jack TA very decent place, ideal to use as a hub to explore Marie-Galante, certainly value for money. The breakfast is nice, with a personal touch, and during your stay at the resort you will always have this beautiful view over the sea, which is only a few metres away. If the pool would not be there, the waves would be at your doorstep. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Coco Beach Resort. Thanks to the hospitality, helpfulness, and service with a big smile. Any issues we had were properly addressed, language barrier or not. In preparation for the high season there is still some work in progress but staff was working hard to get things sorted (e.g. wifi in the room, make more sockets available in the room).

Unhelpful and Not Friendly
Reviewed By AloZ_SThe hotel has a lot of potential but it is now a construction site. There is NO POOL despite the false advertisement at HOTELS.COM and the manager is cheap on towels, speaks no English at all and makes you feel bad if you dare say anything! We booked this hotel based on HOTELS.COM pictures and information and when we asked to cancel the booking we were told the hotel will charge us the full price. As we had no choice we decided to stay and got free access to the Jacuzzi as a compensation which wasn't really close to a pool with ocean view. To summarize, we had to ask for even the most basic thing like hot water in the shower and we always got a face making us feel as if we were asking for unreasonable things. Very bad experience so far.

Reviewed By 872h_l_nerPour un séjour entre amis nous avons loué les deux villas quasiment identiques :chacune ayant 4 chambres 4sdb, piscine, vue mer, Belle déco et belles prestations. Rien à dire ! Pour les repas du soir Nous avons utilisé le service traiteur de Pomme Cannelle juste au dessus c’était parfait. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et au départ la jeune femme venue pour le ménage charmante. Je recommande vivement !

Reviewed By GoPlaces792451Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans un gite avec nos 2 enfants; Le site est plutôt sympathique, avec piscine petite terrasse extérieure. L’intérieur du gite est un peu vieillot mais bon pour 2 nuits ça passe…Parcontre le propriétaire n’est pas du tout commode, on sent qu’on l’embête . Il n’est pas du tout avenant vis a vis de ses clients et est d’une antipathie incroyable . Sa femme est beaucoup plus gentille; POUR CONCLURE, SVP MADAME gérez votre gite de manière autonome sans faire intervenir votre mari car il va vous faire fuir les clients ……
