Reviewed By sharonthiangWhat we saw on their site is not what we got coz the rooms are run down. We found out later that they have newly renovated rooms but somehow they chose to allocate us some new and some old rooms. The old rooms is old, musky with peeling toilet tiles and the toilet stinks! When we complaint they actually said we can move out if not happy but never said anything about refund. However, the breakfast was not too bad.

Reviewed By Dream54324201471The room is big for 4 adults with 2 king size bed and it come with complimentary breakfast for 4. Even I am on vegetarian diet that day, but the breakfast food is enough to cater for us. May be in future will need to inform them first that we are on vegetarian diet.

Attractive resort in an excellent location by the beach

The resort is in a great location by the beach and is attractively laid out, with residential buildings arranged around a pool with a line of trees between the pool and buildings, and pleasant gardens behind. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of tasty food, and the management were very helpful. There were only a couple of small problems: in particular the "cold" water in the bathroom was scalding hot, presumably because the tank is under the metal roof.

A walking distance to the beaches (2 minutes walking distance), near by shop outlets. Reviewed By SelinawonggFor the price we paid for two nights, the accommodation was more than we expected. Working aircond, hot water, tv, mini fridge and towels. Located walking distance to plenty of food stalls and in between two beaches, nipah beach and coral beach which is a 5 minute walk away. Staff is friendly as well. Rooms are within close proximity to each other so do expect a lot of noise when its filled.

Reviewed By TheCHauntsThe staff at Pangkor Holiday resort are really lovely people who try incredibly hard to make your stay a pleasant one. We booked the honeymoon package and the staff maintained excellent communication in the lead up to our arrival. They also provided everything that they said that they would to the letter. The only drawback of the stay was that our chalet looked out over the pool which had a fair bit of screaming kids. Also the complimentary breakfast could have been a bit better but those are minor details. All in all the staff were excellent and really went all out to make our stay as wonderful as possible.

Reviewed By LacLemanCHI have stayed in this resort in May 2022 for one night. Basically the property was run down and without proper maintenance works. Room was dusty, dirty and smelly. Most likely due to lock down no guest was staying in this room. But once opened, management should take extra initiatives to clean up the rooms before open for booking.

Hotel in deplorable maintance and house keeping state.

Supposed to be 4 star hotel but not worth 3 star also. 1st assigned room......wall with black marks, safe totally not working, window cannot close totally, wifi not working. After protesting, change to slightly improve room but..... 2nd assigned room.......wash basin water choked, 1 toilet and 1 room light not working. During bathing whole cubical floor flooded .... floor trap drain choked. The cubical wall and floor black stains. Toilet paper no where to hang as the holder missing. Reported to front office but till check out defect still NOT rectified.

Wonderful quiet place
Reviewed By Lisa-Marie1301We loved everything about the resort. The huts were clean and lovely with little balconies. It was right on the edge of the jungle so the view was amazing. But you have to be aware of the monkeys. The bed was big and comfortable. The owners were super friendly and helpful with everything. Nipah Beach is not a nice and quiet place like we assumed but this resort definetly saved our trip. We slept better than in any other hotel on our 4 week trip through Malaysia.

Reviewed By Aqeel1201Family room is very spacious for 6 of us. The pool is clean and the breakfast spreads tho not much but very tasty. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Beach and the main action are just few minutes walk from the hotel which is very convenient. Will surely booked the room here again in our next trip to pangkor.??
