Best part was the front office team lead by Mr. Surchand for giving me a home life feeling. That day i found brother who treated me like his own biological brother, the way he treated and the hospitality provided by his team was top class. In future iam planning to visit this hotel and i wish to meet his team once again ??

In my assessment, the hotel provides the best hospitality, service and care amongst all the hotels in town. I would like to specifically mention the elaborate complimentary breakfast and sumptuous meals at the Wild Rice restaurant. Similarly, the reception, housekeeping and travel desk provide exceptional and personalised service. I would particularly mention the top class assistance provided by Ms. Rachna and the travel services by Mr. Okram. Highly recommended.

Reviewed By rahul dIt's a good hotel with good food and it is centrally located right in the market area. There is a restaurant named "OK Chicken" which is just opposite to this hotel and is a must visit place for all non-vegetarian foodie people.

More Like a Paying Guest than a Hotel
Reviewed By Murali Krishna KSituated around 7 Kms from Imphal Airport in a Village atmosphere. Minimum taxi fare is ₹500. The family provided us Meals for ₹150 with dal and rice and ₹200 with an extra vegetable fry and with chicken curry it costed ₹300/meal/person. They’ll provide you hot water for bathing. No TV, Geezer. The hosting couple were very friendly. They arranged us a scooter on rental basis for ₹700/day. Will recommend this property for the first time visitors. Almost 95% of Imphal ppl talk Hindi. So language won’t be a much issue here. Only the cost of living for outsiders is bit high.

Reviewed By Rushith AIf you're on a shoestring budget this place is a must stay. It's in the middle of the city, with everything in a walkable distance. The food served is for a mere INR 150, for an unlimited thali. Would recommend it to fellow hostellers.

A Window to Manipur
Reviewed By JhampanThis is a practical, no-frills, value-for-money homestay with friendly and welcoming hosts. Its a place for those looking for an immersive experience into Manipuri culture. The hosts, Ram and Nandini, are knowledgeable, well-connected and provide an amazing window to the diverse socio-politics and history of this complex and layered society. Its not surprising that many writers and film-makers have parked themselves here. Their food provides a rare glimpse into the culinary traditions of Manipur. Of course, if you are missing your fried chicken and pizza fix, you can always order one. There are dal-chawal shops around the corner as well. The property has two spacious rooms, one with bunk beds on the first floor. In addition, there are two attic rooms on the 2nd floor, made of wood, which can accommodate more people with mattresses. One attic room has a delightful entrance where you may have to crawl in! No attached bathrooms though, and it can get a bit busy if there are a lot guests. There is a common kitchen on the first floor where tea, coffee, bread, butter, pickles, crockery and cutlery are kept. Sumptuous breakfasts are provided. Although, the hosts expect you to wash your own plates, not many heed this simple request. With twice-a-day cleaning, the kitchen could sometimes pile up. I stayed here for ten days and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a no-frills glimpse into life in Manipur and it's diverse people and cultures.

Reviewed By 982pradipbThis hotel is situated in one of the bye roads of the busy Thangal Bazar. One has to be careful for not missing the entrance. Rooms are small but have basic things. Mainly the hotel serves the regular customers who come to Imphal for business or office work. Being in the downtown it offers convenience to them. It has an in house restaurant which offers multi-cousine food. It does not have 24 hrs hot water facility. After the afternoon one has to ask for it to be given in a bucket. It is a budget hotel.
