Not as good as most Hamptons

The parking lot is in the business section of a mall, there are acres of parking by other buildings, and the parking charge doesn't show up on their website. Then the internet didn't work until we called the desk and asked them what was wrong. (Answer "We frequently have problems with the carrier. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Just keep trying.) The people who worked there really seemed to be trying to do a good job but, in an aging facility, incompetent management can't be overcome. To us, they are at least a quality level below what we come to expect from Hampton Inns.

True High Class Service
Reviewed By phylliscampagnaThis hotel does it right! We arrived early and were I had sustained a leg injury that morning, plus we both hadn't slept all night. The front desk clerk, David, took in the situation and managed to get us checked in early - he was efficient and compassionate. Housekeeping was cheerful and responsive to a couple of requests. Our room was very clean and obviously well maintained. Breakfast was hot (a treat!), plentiful and tasty. We highly recommend this facility!

Clean, comfortable room
Reviewed By Kris HOur room was really clean. The amenities were great. The refrigerator had an actual freezer, not just a freezer compartment. The television was decent size. The bed was really comfortable, and the pillows were full and soft. I really love that there are shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower instead of the little bottles. Also, this hotel was right next to the highway, but you wouldn't know it once inside. It was so quiet and relaxing.

AJ at the front desk, Jesse at caffeina’s, Troy in banquets and all of the other staff I encountered during my stay were so helpful and caring. Thank you for a great stay.

Lazy staff
Reviewed By rcaldinCheckin was friendly and polite. Room was fine but placement of shampoo on the tub wall is dumb. Breakfast baremy qualified as breakfast. Half the things missing. No bread and no toast. Frosted flakes container still had lucky charms in it. Packaged waffles and hot items were terrible. Tables were dirty. Person in charge of breakfast and front desk clerk were in the back room talking the whole time I had breakfast. Maybe stock the breakfast and wipe tables before you just stand there talking. Coffee was weak and watered down. Check out was frustrating...just left the keys on counter because clerk was too busy talking with breakfast crew

Reviewed By caprice_s970Welcome to hell. Husband and I checked in to have a night away for our anniversary. Wrong choice. Transients everywhere, saw one homeless man who appeared to be living in dumpster. Found out later that this part of town is a high crime area of Loveland. Entry was dirty with debris all over floors. A distinct odor of smoke and animal urine in the halls. Before we left we literally saw some lady's poodle piss in the sitting area. King Suite room 123 had what appeared to be blood splatter up the walls to the ceiling. Vomit down the dresser. Cat feces on the floor. Fridge was filthy and the freezer had exploded food in it. Blood on table legs and walls. Mold in ceiling in bathroom. Wallpaper peeling off walls. Debris on the floor. Filth on the desk. Then the poor clerk who had only been there 2 weeks put us in a 2 double bed room that reeked of body odor and piss (119). She called around to the other quality inns to try to find a King Suite, my husband and I opted to just go home and give up on our 10th anniversary. Skipped out on all our plans. Ruined our whole evening. AM manager promised to refund our money on 4/17. Never showed up to the hotel, never called us. No refund processed. We are now contacting their corporate head office, and the BBB. Manager appears to be deceitful and negligent. Housekeeping is obviously lazy and should be retrained and monitored more closely.

Clean & Comfy Room near the Interstate
Reviewed By Donna33804First of all, loved the fact that this hotel is Dog Friendly! The hotel was clean and the beds comfortable with full size pillows (not a fan of the little pillows). Our room was facing the interstate with a wonderful view of the mountains and a window seat (which I sat on every day to read)! We were there for 4 nights and one thing I noticed right away is that this room had no drawers! I don't like living out of a suitcase but there wasn't any room for us to place our clothes. The room had a long computer desk with two chairs- the desk had shelves- but the shelves were not big enough to put clothing in. I hung some dresses and some blouses in the closet (two hangers) and went to the desk to get more hangers. We placed our folded clothes on the desk and hung some things on the back of the two chairs. The bathroom had a small vanity but had shelves underneath so we were able to put items on the shelves. One thing that was very annoying was the smoke alarm! It flashed every 10 seconds- and not just a flash- but a lime green beacon light that sweeps the room. Even my husband who sleeps like the dead, kept waking up to this light. I didn't sleep the first night, but after that, slept with my mask over my eyes for the following 3 nights. The hotel had a small continental breakfast which consisted of 3 kinds of dry cereal (milk & yogurt were in the cooler along with cream cheese and butter)- there were packages of muffins/bagels/danishes and a waffle iron with batter. On the weekends they had a warming tray with mini omelets (cheese) and sausage patties. There were always two carafes of coffee around the clock and a carafe of hot water with a selection of teas. There was also a basket of apples & oranges there so you could grab an afternoon snack. The front desk people were very nice and helpful (giving me extra hangers). The front desk explained to us at check in that there would be no housekeeping due to COVID but we could ask for fresh towels and anything we needed. I normally would give this hotel 5 stars, but due to the annoying smoke detector, and lack of bureau drawers, I'm only giving this a 4 star. We walked to area restaurants (The Boot which is across the street) and one day walked the neighborhood and came across a car show at the motorcycle dealership down the road. Will stay here again, but won't forget to bring my eye covering!

Reviewed By Jalynn74The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful regarding nearby restaurants. The breakfast was decent and seemed fresh. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We stayed one night here on our way to Denver airport and ordered Door Dash so wasn’t able to check out the area.
