Reviewed By UgurdThis hotel is right next to the Ven ferries so it suited us very well. There is a parking lot in between these two that is free of charge over the week-end. The hotel was unmanned (due to covid) in the afternoon but you get a code by SMS. The rooms were fine and the location quiet. Small bonuses can be found in the rest areas. Breakfast was good, no surprises.

Reviewed By Neil Lwe stoped here two nights first night was on the 22/07/2019 on the way to work on a christian rock festival at Betel Runemovägen 130, 822 92 Alfta then we stoped on the way back on the 28/07/2019 going back to united kingdom the rooms was lovly, freindly staff, a brilliant continental breakfast and lovly veiws. We could not ask for a better serivce. recomend to anyone

Reviewed By ShofsanStayed over night for Christmas eve. Simple check in, where we got a code and didn't have to worry about arriving at a certain time. Beds were comfortable and room spacious, with a separate living room area. The shower needs some love, but other than that I would come back next time we're in town!

But the hotel definitely needs to reconsider the level of its service standards when it comes to reception, cleanliness of the rooms and the pool area, as well as providing the possibility to order light snacks between lunch to dinner.

And it was not much that were right. * The waiter that started off taking our order felt uninterested in us, and then we did not get all the drinks we ordered and we got one of four dishes wrong. * Totally we got served by five different waiters, all of them uninterested in giving good personal service. * They charged us for more drinks that we ordered, which they in a professional way could fixed at the table, instead they just pointed me in the direction of the bar, not service minded at all. * The meet was ok compared to the price but the shrip sandwich was very small.

Gemeinschaftsbad u. - küche (zwei Kühlschränke, Kaffee, Tee, Kekse incl.) sehr sauber, Benutzung unproblematisch. Anordnung der Zimmer sehr gut, zwei münden zum Wohnzimmer mit zwei großen Esstischen, anschl. Küche. Ausgesprochen gästefreundlich und -zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ideal für mehrere Familien sowie Urlaub mit Pferd.
